My Mother's Day flowers were left on my front door stoop, smashed in between my front door and the very hot glass storm door. Not only were they smashed terribly, but they wilted from sweating between the two doors from the hot sun beating down on the glass. My daughter sent me a photo of the beautiful flower arrangement that she ordered online. What I recieved was half the size, with fewer roses and flowers, and was stuffed with tons of ugly greenery and filler. It didn't even come close to what was ordered and paid for. What ever happened to Brown's excellent customer service, where they either called the recipient ahead of time, or left the fresh flowers with a neighbor? With the price of flowers and delivery service this is unacceptable!!!

We have utilized Brown Floral for 3 or 4 years now....an incredible set of single wrap Gerber daisies for giving to the moms at our church on Mother's Day Sunday. The wraps we receive from Browns are stunning quality & create a spectacular arrangement for the front of our worship center until the Gerber are distributed. We just had Brown Floral do all the flowers for a second wedding. The fact we went back to them says a lot - They are excellent! Susie was our designer this time. During the consultation, she walked us through their flower cooler, grabbing everything that caught my daughter's eye. Then, using pictures of bouquets that my daughter sent her as inspiration, she designed the perfect bouquets and center pieces. The cake flowers, corsages and boutennieres were lovely, too. We got so many compliments! And now my home is full of beautiful fresh flowers for the next week, or so! Highly recommended, and we will use them again!

This review is LONG overdue, since they did my flowers for my wedding over a year ago. However, they did a fabulous job. We had a very poor experience with another flower shop (that will remain nameless) for the bridal photo shoot and so we decided to make the change to Brown Floral. I couldn't have been more happy with the results. For someone who doesn't know very much about flowers, arrangements, or bouquets, it was a great experience. They were very patient with me and let me pick a variety of flowers I liked from their enormous cooling room in the back. Then, they worked with me to put together different arrangements of those flowers for my bouquet, the boutonnieres, and the bridesmaids bouquets. It was a little bit of a drive for us to get out there, and so the consultant even stayed late so that we could have a great experience. I definitely give Brown Floral a 150% on customer service!

I’ve had 3 stunning gift bouquets delivered to me from Brown floral. Every time the bouquet would arrive people would stream into my hospital room to take pictures because of the shear beauty of the flowers arrangement. I can’t say enough about Brown . I’m impressed that they put unopened blooms so the flowers continue to look stunning.! There is no where else I would spend my money ! Stunning! Beautiful work !

I ordered purple tulips on the website, looked amazing pictured on the website, paid extra for the "deluxe" flowers. Which was $75.00 plus delivery. The flowers look horrible, small and not appealing. I could have gone to Walmart and spent $10 and could have got better looking flowers.

While Brown Floral may be a good everyday flower shop, I definitely wouldn't recommend them for weddings. The wedding coordinator seemed to not listen to anything I was telling her, and then would cop an attitude when I asked for changes. The end result was okay, but I would think twice before using them for a wedding.
