I felt confident asking this florist to do a funeral arrangement for me because they had 5 stars (and the pictures of her work on the website were gorgeous). I just want to give a heads up to anyone considering them that I was severely disappointed. She assured me she could put together an arrangement like the picture I sent her and then 4 hours before the viewing she told me she didn't have the inventory to do it. She said if she could just bring it to the funeral the next day instead, she might be able to do it. But, I wasn't paying all that money to not have it at both events. She assured it me what she did would still be beautiful. It really wasn't. It was the worst arrangement there. The flowers didn't even look fresh. That's the last thing you want when you're dealing with a terrible loss. Huge letdown.
