I am sorry to say that Bloomers customer service was unacceptable. We had a very simple request and they simply refused to work with us. What we needed was a spray of mostly greens with a small number of roses. I don’t work in flowers so I wasn’t sure if what we was asking for was really that difficult. But they didn’t have any helpful suggestions, they didn’t even try to find an alternate solution, and it was just an awkward exchange all around. I imagine in the flower industry there are many very specific requests for weddings and funerals etc, and I wonder how Bloomer’s does business at all if they can’t accommodate something so simple. It turns out that it was indeed simple, because we went straight to Cameo Florist and they immediately arranged exactly what we wanted.

I'm trying to coordinate a wedding from 200+ miles away, so I had to send in my mom to speak with the florist at Bloomers and show her pictures. We were apprehensive about how they would look, and figured we would give them changes to make after I took bridals. Well, my bridal bouquet was absolutely perfect. Exactly the blooms and colors I was looking for. They exceeded my expectations, especially given the 1 week time frame we gave them.

My cousin has been trying to help plan our cousin's wedding. Every interaction she has had at Bloomers has been terrible. The lady she worked with has been rude and condescending. Today, after a long appointment of choosing flowers, Bloomers found out that the Bride had ordered her bouquet from a different shop because she was from out of town and didn't know Bloomers would be doing the rest of the flowers. Bloomers rudely ended the appointment and said they would have to "pass" on doing the whole wedding unless they could do the bouquet too. They did not offer to work with our family and did not apologize for wasted time. I never write reviews but felt like this level of poor customer service should be passed along.

Bloomers created the most beautiful bouquets and arrangements for my Zion destination wedding/elopement. I knew they would be amazing based on their work I had seen on Instagram and through my photographer, but they were even more GORGEOUS in person. Terrible!! My brother ordered a corsage for his date for the prom and not only did it cost TWENTY SIX dollars, it didn't even have one full rose on it!! It had two tiny little flowers that looked like the leftovers of a bunch that someone didn't want. They were wilted and SO. SMALL. I would have felt disappointed as a girl to get that as my corsage!! Take your business somewhere else!

I live out here in Oregon. My wife was sent to Utah on state business. It's a very big deal. Anyway, I wanted to leave her flowers in her hotel room so they would be there when she checked in after getting up and starting work at 2am this morning. I wanted her to be happy and know that I was thinking of her. So I called Bloomers about a week ago. I talked to the nicest lady who helped me do this for my wife. Elegant, accommodating, kind, local, gorgeous. The greenery for our wedding had been gathered just a day prior to our wedding. Having local flora not only matched our venue, but also made it smell spectacular at each reception table! Kathy was a delight to work with and her fine taste coupled with her ability to listen was the perfect combination. Furthermore, as an environmentally contentious bride, I was thrilled that Kathy thought of a way for how our flowers/greenery could be re-used for a photography seminar taking place just days after our wedding. Great customer service and excellent detail in their designs. I ordered a pick-me-up arrangement for my mom and stepdad, who just lost their dog during their travels of the US. They fulfilled the order that day and delivered it directly to their camper. My mom said they were beautiful and that the smell of peonies filled the camper. Even the unique vase I had requested was special enough that my mom wanted to keep it, and that says a lot since they’re both living a minimalist lifestyle.
