Very quick and attentive to me as a customer. Plus their prices are affordable and better than other surrounding floral shops. They didn't have all of the flowers I requested in their arrangement online so they called me and were able to substitute others to still make it to my delivery on time! HORRIBLE! I thought that the arrangement of the flowers would arrive as seen in the photo and it was not the case at all. I understand that they do it as closely as possible to the picture but they would have specified that the flowers seen in the photo was the most expensive option. If that were the case I would have paid the most expensive without any excuses because it was a special day but instead the arrangement that arrived seemed bought in the dollar store. I will never recommend this place and tell my friends that it is not an option.

I ordered a bouquet online to be delivered for a birthday. They didn't make or deliver the flowers, or notify me or the recipient that they would be unable to fill the order. I called them and they said they would now deliver it when they could. Instead I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money, which they said they would do. You can get flowers from Costco for less, and I never had an issue getting the flowers from other florists.
