I've ordered flowers from Arvins many times over the years and have always been very pleased with what they've provided. I prefer them over other florists in Bountiful because of the personal service they've given me. At another prominent florist, I had a high school kid helping me and she just didn't seem to know what she was doing. But here at Arvins I feel like I get a professional every time--someone who knows flowers and how to order and arrange them. The last time I ordered flowers from Arvins was last month. I described what I wanted over the phone and the woman on the other end was very professional and helpful. My son picked up the bouquet as scheduled and it was perfect! I'm calling them again today to place another order!

After having an order canceled, one day before the funeral, by an online florist (Flower Delivery Express) I frantically searched for a local one. That's where I found Arvin's and am so thankful. The florist was already knowledgeable of the funeral service, times, and location, and she assured me the flowers would arrive. Their website kept having an error, so I couldn't complete the order online. Thankfully it was still during business hours so I called and the lady on the phone took care of everything for me. Thank you Arvin's!

Horrible! I try to support local business but I will never return to Arvins Flowers. They were rude. They were not helpful. I spent $75 for an arrangement with an additional $9.95 for delivery. It was the smallest most pathetic arrangement I have ever seen in my life. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS RIP-OFF PLACE!
