My husband bought me flowers for Valentines Day and when I got them they weren't fresh and the next day, they already died. They were sent to my work place and another employee accepted them, they are lucky that it was her because if I was the one that accepted the flowers, I would've returned them. The florists don't know how to mix the flower colors. I am a florist so I know how to mix the flower colors. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Judy is remarkable to work with, she is both so sweet and very professional. She was very responsive and timely. I have such a huge Type-A personality and she was dedicated to capture my vision for our wedding day. She and her team crafted a gorgeous lush floral arch, bridal bouquet, floral wand, floral combs, and corsages. Judy beautifully hand-manufactured every single piece (minus the wooden arch). She knew which pieces were the most important to me especially the the bridal bouquet and our floral arch. The lush floral arch resembled a new-age altar which seemed very fitting for our secular ceremony and the arch elevated the lushness and beauty of our venue. The bridal bouquet matched the arch, it accentuated the elegance of my dress, and it was a lovely burst of color which contrasted my husband’s two outfits. She designed everything around our color palette of pinks, purples, whites, and deep green. I highly recommend hiring Judy/TCU Florist for any floral needs in the DFW area.

I ordered a casket spray, and two standing sprays for my stepfathers funeral and requested ribbons with writing (banners) on them. I am taking off stars because their online ordering system, although I made one purchased, charged it as if it were three separate orders charging delivery on all. I had to call in to have that fixed which already sucks since we are handling funeral arrangements and I am not sure if it has been fixed since I did not see it on my statement yet nor get any email or notifications of the changes in charges. I also took off another star because when I originally called to ask about the banner I was quoted one price and when I had to call back to adjust the order I was told another price. The banner that came was very small and we could barely read what was written which was disappointing since those were from his family. They were able to get The order together quickly and delivered on time which we all appreciated and the blooms were nice and as pictured.

I ordered a Teleflora arrangement that I had researched online. I had noted the different price options (standard, deluxe, premium) for the same arrangement and was content with the lowest of the three prices (standard), as all three arrangements at the different price levels were beautiful and truly captured the "Warm Fall Wishes" theme. I placed the order over the phone to TCU Florist and the person that I dealt with was very pleasant. She knew that I was not local, but that my son who attends college at TCU would be coming in to the store to pick up the arrangement. The order was ready when promised, and my son personally delivered the arrangement to our recipients, not knowing exactly what I had ordered. In this review, I've included a side-by-side picture comparison of what the TCU Florist arrangement looked like compared to Teleflora's picture. Orange roses, solid yellow mums and three little red rose buds stuck in the middle, with green grass-like leaves drooping over the side do not display "warm autumn wishes". Teleflora shows five different flowers, all very characteristic of autumn, along with a few tidy green leaves and even some orangish-brown oak leaves. This is what I thought that I had ordered and what we would be receiving. If it wasn't for the pumpkin vase, a person comparing them would never guess the flowers were supposed to be from a like arrangement. I was very disappointed in what TCU Florist passed off as a Teleflora Warm Fall Wishes Bouquet, and I was embarrassed that a lovely family was presented this Thanksgiving thank -you gift from our family.

I called from Houston, at 10:00 am, to have flowers and balloons delivered to a birthday party at a restaurant in Fort Worth by 1:00 pm. The perfect, PERFECT arrangement and balloons were delivered around noon and the recipient was surprised and thrilled. Will use TCU Florist for all of my Fort Worth deliveries in future!

As a child during WWII they grew fine flowers in the greenhouse on Cockrell street, they were beautiful and lasted more than a week. Today they do not last long at all and they do not have a greenhouse. $$

A friends wife had a badly broken arm form a car wreck. It was operated on yesterday and she returned home today. My co-works and I decided to get her some flowers to cheer her up. I had no idea what to get her. When I walked in I was greeted right away by a very friendly person behind the counter, I within a few hours of paying the flowers were delivered and my friends wife put a picture on her Facebook page. I was very pleased on how they looked, and she loved them. I showed everyone who chipped in the photo, a lot of oohs, ahhs, and that's pretty followed. Not only did TCU Florist make my friends day, they made mine! My graditude and thanks to the staff, and the artist that made the arrangement. I will alway come here for any florist needs in the future and highly reccomend them for any you may have.

Love TCU Florist. I've actually never physically been in their store but I call about once every six weeks to surprise my wife with a flower delivery at work. She works at John Peter Smith Hospital which, needless to say, is the size of a small nation. Also my wife works in various buildings and floors. TCU always gets her the flowers somehow! Also, I sort of leave it to them to get creative and prepare her something seasonal and she is always blown away by the arrangement. Little does my wife know (unless she reads this), I'm actually spending less than $60 each time. Thanks, TCU team - I'll be calling you in a few weeks.

Had a snafu with the order when I placed it; I entered the wrong delivery date online and called right away to get it changed. The young lady who took my call assured me the date would be changed, but alas she did not follow through. I called the day of the expected delivery to get the arrangement sent. They immediately went to work to get my order out, and it was absolutely gorgeous! The recipient was very pleased, and I was over the moon about the excellent customer service.

I placed an order for a sympathy arrangement for a service that needed last minute delivery. My arrangement was delivered in less than 2 hours of my order. Not to mention, they were very helpful and accommodating on the phone. Most businesses seemed annoyed when you have a last minute order even when it's under circumstances beyond your control, but they were very understanding. Very impressed!

I used this florist shop for my wedding this month in downtown Fort Worth. First off, Judy is a delight to work with. She reached out to me regarding her recommendations for my vases, to add filler to the vases, and even sent me photos of the arrangements to make sure I liked them. She was incredibly responsive, detailed oriented and friendly to boot! The arrangements turned out beautifully! I truly appreciate this shop. Other local shops were trying to charge me far more per stem (or even trying to spray white hydrangeas purple instead of ordering actual purple hydrangeas) and were also trying to charge me some outrageous amount for delivery, filler or even just the price per vase for arranging. I really appreciated the fact that TCU never fluctuated on their pricing and were very reasonable. Thanks again TCU Florist!

Nothing about my experience was remotely satisfactory. I needed this particular experience to be absolutely flawless, considering the reasoning for the flowers. It wasn't for multiple reasons. Here are a couple of those reasons. They were delivered by another party, which says to me that the customer is just a number. When I have flowers sent, that marks an occasion that is dear to me. It's not a relay race where you pass the baton in the middle....I want a relationship with my florist that finishes what they start. Clearly TCU florist does not want that type of customer, or that type of relationship with their customers. The flowers never bloomed! What is that about? I took pictures just to have to remind myself of the multiple reasons why a different florist is imperative. I do want to thank you though for this experience, it has lead me to know that there are florists who actually care....care enough to where the customer feels like a person and not a number.

TCU Florist is great every time I use them. Typically I order flowers for my grandmother 2-3 times a year (Birthday, Mothers day, and Christmas). Last year I ordered from a different florist and they delivered the flowers to the porch on a typical summer day, HOT. The flowers were wilted and awful when they made it inside. This time I used TCU Florist again. I called around 3 pm needed them delivered same day and they did. Will use them always from now on.
