I had scheduled a funeral arrangement for Saturday morning & was notified they were canceling it at 5:10pm on Friday afternoon. I frantically called all the local florist & left messages hoping someone could help me. Brandy from Simply Beautiful called me back Friday night & discussed options for an arrangement to be delivered before the funeral on Saturday morning. Highly recommend this place. I've ordered several items from here and Brandy goes above and beyond to take your ideas and make beautiful arrangements. Very timely. Recently she done a door hanger for my new grandbaby and everyone at the hospital that passed it was amazed. We had people coming in the room to ask who made it. They had never seen one made so beautiful. Could not believe the great price either. Very reasonable prices. Great customer service. I cannot say enough about this place. I would give 100 stars if I could .

Beautiful arrangements and fabulous homecoming mums! The owner takes time to listen to special requests (even my somewhat-quirky-not-so-simple ones!) and truly delivers more than you expect! I drive from Tyler because of the high quality, personal service, in-store selection, and customer service. I’ve also ordered online to send an arrangement to an out of state funeral. When I arrived at the funeral, the arrangement was beyond my expectations!

I passed by this location upon leaving the funeral home where my family had just finalized the arrangements for my mother's funeral. I had my husband circle the block to go back - I needed to order the casket spray and wanted to try some place new. The owner listened to my needs & offered great ideas on how to make the spray special and perfect for my mom. I was so impressed by her dedication and extremely pleased with the final result. I've since used her for a birthday arrangement - will be using her for all my floral needs in the future!
