Used McShan because the big-box florists would have shipped the arrangement packaged in a box, and I wanted it to be hand-delivered in a vase ready for enjoyment. I couldn't find an arrangement I liked on McShan's website so I called and described what I wanted and what my target price range was. Disappointed! They have been delivering flowers to me for the past 3 years. My boyfriend orders them from the UK. This past week I was supposed to receive an arrangement, it was not received. He even received a delivery confirmation. If you don’t plan to deliver, kindly communicate that back so he can get a refund.

I sent flowers to my aunt for her birthday. I ordered online the night before, and received a photo of the arrangement in the morning (that was cool!), but it wasn't delivered to her until that evening around 7pm. Other than the late delivery, the fact that she was happy is all that mattered. I don't live in the DFW area anymore, but when I want to send flowers up there, I know where to go. I have used them for decades now. The last time was when this same aunt was in the hospital and severely ill. I called and received wonderful service and the arrangement sent (along with the perfect teddy bear) made her stay so much better...she said she clung to that bear during any painful times. I loved the plants I ordered but the in person ordering process took a very long time. Also I paid $20 for some larger birds that they thought would look better in one of the arrangements. One of the birds was a big brown furry thing that looked creepy in person. Would not recommend that bird in other arrangements! The smaller birds were just fine. Wish I had just gone with them. The other arrangement I got with a bird on top was perfect. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, just not the big bird I paid extra for

Our company sent a sympathy plant to a residence on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Although the family was not at home, McShan delivery left a note regarding the attempted delivery and returned again on Saturday, only to find no one home.
