Called them 5 mins before closing to see if they could throw together something for me to present my grandmother for her husband's funeral. They were very kind and did not seem a bit inconvenienced even though they were super busy. This is a family owned business and it shows! I have started dating an amazing girl who lives in north Ft Worth. I'm in the Frisco/Plano area, so I had no clue how to send her some flowers, especially having bad experiences with the on-line national sites. I did some research and found Lake Worth Florist. I have used them twice now, and both times they exceeded expectations and were so pleasant on the phone. They listened to exactly what I wanted and she was blown away both times. I can't recommend them enough.

The flowers arrived sooner that expected and that was a huge plus! The arrangement was very beautiful and the flowers looked great! My only concern was that the bouquet pictured looked as though it has been upgraded. It would be nice to see pictures of what the additional tiers look like when compared to the original. Regardless, beautiful arrangement, fast delivery, and would definitely use again.

Their customer service is great, and their flowers are always absolutely beautiful!! They deserve more than five stars!!!!! I have been ordering from them for years, and recently ordered the standing "mom" heart for our moms service- it was absolutely beautiful, just like our mom! My co-workers sent a bouquet to the service, and it literally has the prettiest roses I have ever seen in the arrangement!

Picked up my daughter's overpriced prom corsage. Flowers were wilted. When I brought this to the employee's attention, I was told that's how the flowers look. My daughter's corsage was the ugliest one out of all of her friends. Wasted $55 and should have stayed with my normal florist in springtown.

Ordered a $100 item from their book for my dad's memorial service. It was supposed to look like this.... however, it looked like this. When I called, I was told the money was in there and it had the same number of flowers. I was heartbroken and had to go to Kroger to supplement and make it look somewhat more professional. So disappointed.

I am so pleased with the arrangement I received for my birthday. My husband knew I don't like cut flowers that die. I received a beautiful green arrangement with 3 or four green plants and what I thought were cut flowers added for color. They're silk flowers that look so real. Thank you. Love it!!

this florist does not treat men like idiots,, past florists would say tell us what you want to spend and we will make something,, not these people, they take time to show different flowers, they do not try to force anything, they will make whatever you ask, with no eye rolls or attitude,, they were great,, they will be my regular florist from now on, THANK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE
