I have already paid which is why I'm so mad. Planned a few months ago to use this business for my wedding. I drove down from Kansas a week early to get things done. I went to the shop to discuss center pieces and the time they needed to be at the venue. When I pulled up to the door theres a sign that says they are under construction and there are new owners. We were not contacted. We are out 250 dollars and I had to find a last minute florist for my wedding. Theres no number to call theres no number for the new owners.

Wish I could give them no star deliver the wrong flowers and then said they would fix them and get the redeliver four hours later my wife had to go up there just to get them fix and they dont even offer a refund or nothing just said at least she got them will never go back to this place

Ordered roses online to be delivered locally (to the same address as they had just delivered too less than a week prior) on Valentine's Day, they have no problem charging me but the delivery was never made and no one will answer the phone. VERY disappointing.

Ordered anniversary flowers for my wife online, the day before. Card was charged and received a confirmation email but no flowers were ever delivered. Called multiple times for multiple days, messaged on Facebook, and even went to the store and never was able to reach anyone. Finally, 4 days later, I was contacted and told they had been closed the whole time and they were sorry. Close your website, leave a note on the door, make a recording, post on social media that you will be closed!! Do something to let customers know. You would be better off picking weeds and putting them in a vase of gasoline than to order flowers here.

FYI, I learned the hard way, they are not necessarily affiliated with the website that allows you to order online so I would avoid this outlet and just call if you need a delivery. With that being said, once it was brought to their attention that the flowers were never delivered, they processed my refund immediately while I was on the phone with them and that is the type of business I can appreciate.
