So disappointed to find out the flower arrangement was left on the porch. I have never heard of that before. They had two different concact numbers, and never tried to call. We will definitely not be return customers. Follow up: After speaking with management and expressing my disappointment, They followed up thoroughly to make sure the flowers were received in perfect condition. I’ve used Fretag’s several times for flower delivery as i now live out of town. Their arrangements are always true to the images shown on their website. If they must make a subsitution they will call first. They offer old fashion, very good customer service that is difficult to find these days. Their product quality is excellent too.

When my grandson needed a last minute (same day) prom corsage for his girlfriend, no other florist I called would help except Freytag Florist. The staff was friendly, courteous & professional. When I was running late to pick up the corsage, they stayed open (in pouring rain) until I arrived. The corsage was reasonably priced (even under these circumstances!), & the corsage was just beautiful. My grandson (& his girlfriend) were so pleased. Freytag Florist is now my florist in Austin!

I have used Freytag's a few times now, the last experience takes the cake! They are great. At the last minute I sent my daughter some flowers and asked if it was possible to get them to her before 11am. They came through for me and I was SO appreciative! I think it was less than 12 hours between ordering and delivery, I ordered on the web after hours. A beautiful arrangement arrived just before 11, just what I expected from the website photograph. SO happy and lucky to have found this place! Freytag's was so helpful when I needed a gift basket delivered on extremely short notice. By short notice, I mean I ordered it at 9 AM and it was delivered by 1PM the same day. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was absolutely lovely and the delivery, which was to a tricky address (SXSW season pandemonium), arrived in time and was a huge hit. THANK YOU!!! It’s really hard to put into words how actually beautiful Freytag’s arrangements are. I’ve used them for Valentines Day but their funeral arrangements were absolutely STUNNING. All of the arrangements that came from them stood out in quality at the services. They helped make our services for my sister in law perfect. Their arrangements lasted almost a full month also! I'm new to the area. When asked to a friend's where to buy flowers, she said Freytag's. She wasn't wrong. Ordered 2 birthday bouquets, sight unseen - just gave them a price for each bouquet. They were both gorgeous and much larger than I expected! (Admittedly, I know virtually nothing about flowers except people like to receive them :-))

What a great experience! My dad ordered flowers for me from Freytag's Florist because I recently lost my fur baby, Mozzy. The flowers were a surprise and I ended up having to leave town the day they were supposed to be delivered. My dad called Freytag's the day of and they were more than accommodating! They changed the delivery date and I received a fresh, new bouquet, which turned out to be the most beautiful vase of flowers I have ever seen! Their customer service is excellent, the quality of the flowers is amazing, and I would highly recommend ordering from here if you're delivering in the Austin area!

So thankful for this florist! I'm currently living in England right now, and was looking for a gift for my Mom for Christmas this year. Obviously sending things internationally is a bit of a pain and can be very expensive so I decided that if I could send a really nice bouquet of flowers I would order it and have them sent to her. I received a picture of the flowers sent to my sister-in-law today. Freytags went out of their way to give her an absolutely beautiful arrangement. It had snapdragons, lilies, tulips, and roses. The colors were just rich and breathtaking. My sister-in-law called and said it was the absolute best flowers she had ever received. Don't forget to add $25 worth of truffles to your next order. My flowers arrived in a timely manner(day I requested), there was not a single issue with the flowers(no wilting or breakage), and they kept constant communication with me letting me know the status of the flowers and when they were delivered successfully. Great experience overall from ordering to picking up. The woman on the phone was very nice and helpful. Discounted price for picking them up. My only complaint was that the larger white roses I ordered were not as good quality as the minis. They began to brown in the edges. I was glad I had order several to choose from the best otherwise the arrangement in the wedding cake would not have been good. For the cost I just wish that would have been better. it wasn’t a bouquet or arrangement so my expectations of the quality were key in my purchase. Otherwise I would say expect great service and efficiency in ordering here!

I recently ordered a floral arrangement for a friend whose brother died unexpectedly. He was her last living relative, and she was truly bereft. Freytag delivered a beautiful arrangement the day I asked them to, but my friend was gone, so the flowers were left with a neighbor. I notified them about this and Freytag offered to send a new arrangement when my friend returned from the funeral in another state. Today, Freytag delivered a second arrangement, which was even prettier than the first one, and did so at no cost to me. This is extraordinary customer service, and human compassion. I can't express how grateful I am for their kindness and professionalism. I'll be using Freytag from now on.

I do not normally write reviews but they really went above and beyond. I ordered flowers for my mom as a birthday gift and I live out of state so I had them delivered. at the last minute my parents decided to leave town and I didn't get their email until the day before the flowers would arrive. i contacted Freytag's and they had already delivered the flowers. After explaining the situation they retrieved the flowers and when my Mom was back they delivered a new arrangement at no extra charge. I seriously could not believe it. Also my mom loved the flowers and said they were gorgeous!

I woke up this morning and headed to work. Then it hit me, I forgot to get my wife flowers for our 4 year wedding anniversary today. So I pull out my phone, google local florist and selected the first one available and boy am I glad I did because not only where the prices great but the selection was huge and the ordering process was simple! After my purchase around 9:15am went through I was worried they wouldn’t, but hopeful they would be delivered the same day. Freytag's is one of the few places that doesn't blink when told they need to text, made delivery arrangements for the next day and delivered a unique arrangement which my daughter very much liked. Outstanding Customer Service!!! Arranged for flowers to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. Jasmine Santana at Freytag helped me to complete my order and even helped me to split up my payment! Turned out flowers could not be delivered to my friend in the hospital because she was in ICU which is restricted from receiving flowers. When they tried to deliver again, my friend had been discharged so Jasmine at Freytag contacted me to arrange delivery at the home address only to find out my friend was recuperating at her mom's house in another city! Jasmine called me back to make arrangements to have a local florist make the delivery. All this occurred over a 5 day period and Jasmine was quick to always follow up and let me know exactly what was going on every step of the way. My wife and I ordered an arrangement of Spring Tulips for our daughter, who lives in Austin. We live in Cleveland, so you have to just put your faith in the florist you choose. But Freytag's more than met expectations. According to our daughter, her arrangement of 20 tulips were the "prettiest flowers I have ever had!" Obviously Austin locals know about Freytag's, but if you are from out of town, you can order with confidence. Great job!

I ordered flowers for a friends funeral. They were beautiful. The funeral home however, gave my flowers to the wrong family, but managed to give the card attached to the right family. I shared that information with Freytag's via email. Carrie replied and very sweetly offered to deliver a replacement arrangement to the family on my behalf. I didn't ask for that to happen and I didn't hold Freytag's responsible in anyway. They made the offer all on their own and it was SO appreciated. The flowers they delivered were just as beautiful as the arrangement I originally chose. These are the kind of business's that I want to deal with. They went far beyond my expectations!
