I came in looking for fresh flowers to put on my wedding cake. I had already been to numerous other flower shops and just hadn't been able to find exactly what I was looking for. As I was speaking with who I believe was the owner, I felt incredibly comfortable that I was in good hands. She was knowledgeable and attentive. At other shops, there was so much pressure on me to find the perfect arrangement, but here, this wonderful lady took over and put together a beautiful arrangement for me. She even went to the wholesaler with my colors in mind to bring back flowers that were perfect for my occasion. I am very impressed. Thank you!

The Florist did a terrific job with the floral arrangements. They listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly what they promised. The arrangements were beautiful and exactly what I asked for, and the price was totally reasonable. They have a great selection of various flowers.

soooo, my husband ordered a croton plant to be delivered to a co-worker at a new office a few weeks ago and spent about 80$. he wanted a croton because she was trying to plant them in her backyard(it had significance). turns out they sent a huuuuuggggee schefflera that dwarfed her space.. he was very embarrassed. if you are gonna substitute let the customer know ( and maybe think about where the delivery is going and what would be appropriate for the space).. rant over

Walked in asking for a flower arrangement, but they had a very limited selection of flowers and the florist refused to make something more simple or cheaper than the price point I had initially offered. Seemed more like a trinkets store than a flower store.

After reading the other review I was hesitant to give them a try since I’m in another city 70 miles away from them. But with only 1 bad review I figured I had to give it a try. I wanted to lift my girlfriends’ spirits and send flowers, so I called Denise at Flowers Flowers and told her how important this order was to me and what Item I wanted. I verified with her they would be delivered same day and she promised they would. Sure enough, at the end of the day I received a very happy phone call telling me how much the flowers meant and how they turned around a bad week.

I used their online service. They have no protocol for when their internet goes down. I received a confirmation email and my card has a charge pending. A week ago today my wife and I had to put our 10 y/o dog to sleep. It is requiring everything of me to keep her together and I myself am having a hard time dealing with it. I chose this place because it was close to her work and therefore I figured they would be delivered quickly and get her day off to a good start. The day rolled on and my wife texts me that she's planning on leaving early, this prompted me to give them a call. No apology, just a defensive statement of how their internet went down and that they didn't get the order. By the way, I had to call twice to get someone on the phone. I know Ben White Florist probably would've driven the 20 miles to make it happen, I always used them when my wife worked down town. I just didn't want to put them out. Also, I paid $90 so its not like it wouldn't have been worth their time, they just simply don't have a protocol in place or a contingency plan should their interwebs go down. Spent over $60 dollars on a carnation bouquet for my wife and it looked terrible - I think it only had 6 flowers. HEB has much better bouquets at a much better price. Sad when a supermarket beats a florist!

I bought the "Florist's Choice Daily Deal" online for my wife's birthday. Even though I didn't order a birthday bouquet, the arrangement came in nice 'happy birthday' vase. The flowers were fresh and looked great. There was a nice mix of different flowers. The flowers were delivered on time. I will use this florist again.

Not usually a review guy, but Flowers Flowers did such an incredible job, I had to add this. I needed flowers for anniversary ASAP. I'm fairly picky with what I like (for my wife) and described them to the nice lady via phone and asked her to use her skills to add to it. Also needed a rush delivery. What my wife received less than two hours later was a fabulous arrangement, custom to my ask and a great value for the money. I would always recommend calling vs. online and this proved out - highly recommend.

This place is awesome. I needed flowers sent in the AM with a day notice and it was done! Loved how they sent me updates as well on the delivery. Flowers were gorgeous. I'll be using them in the future for sure.

They didn't include a card, even tho I told them to, and put some text for them to include on the card. The recipient didn't know who sent them until it came up days later in conversation (they were a birthday present). She loved the flowers, tho, so it all turned out okay in the end. Still, put in the damn card.

Had a good experience with them once, but just tried to order something on the phone and they were not only not able to help, but they were rude and hung up as I was trying to ask a question. Clear they had more important customers in the store.
