Used this place to send flowers in for the first time and was not disappointed. The arrangement was gorgeous and delivered super fast. The staff who I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. I ordered the deluxe 'florist's choice' in specific colors and they nailed it! I was celebrating a once in a lifetime event with my wife and ordered flowers as a surprise to her. I paid for the upgraded arrangement but am extremely disappointed. Not only was there really no arrangement (basic flowers with no fillers as described) but what we're supposed to be white lilies (my wife's favorite) were actually green. Normally the white lilies last days looking great, but these lost their petals on day 2 and look horrible. It looks nothing like the picture. To charge a premium for Valentine's Day and an upgrade for this disappointing arrangement is robbery. My wife never complains and she even commented that we should never use this florist again. :-(

Ordered online one day before Valentine's. The arrangement arrived in the afternoon on the 14th as they were doing businesses in the morning and residences in the afternoon; that made sense to me. My wife had to run errands in the morning anyway. She loved the flowers; which unlike those bought across the country, come already arranged and ready to stare at. She thought I spent a small fortune on her -mission accomplished. I also bought a plant for my mom. She loved it too. She said it looks really fresh and healthy. Overall very good value. Shipping is reasonable in comparison to other sites that want to charge you as much as the arrangement costs to ”ensure delivery”. I'd much rather support my local business and reduce emissions by reducing shipping costs and distances, than shop from an out-of-state merchant. I called the shop on the 14th with a question and they were happy to assist despite the busy day. Definitely will buy again. Thank you Duncanville Florist.

I called here inquiring about a rose arrangement. I am so glad I decided to come! I walked in and they had already prepared a dozen red roses arrangement. I didn’t even know he was going to prepare it. Customer service was awesome and they’ve been around 50 years plus! Come here you won’t be disappointed

I was looking for a local Dallas Florist to deliver Roses before noon on a Monday Morning. I pulled up local florist in the Oak Cliff area. I called 5 florist the only one that answered was Dallas House of Flowers. They confirmed that they could deliver by noon. I placed the order on line at 9:30, at 11:00 my girlfriend sent me a picture of her and an Exquisitely arranged 18 Rose Bouquet. Thank You Dallas House of Flowers

This is my place to go for flowers for any occasion.. from flowers to have around the house .. to the beautiful funeral arrangement they made for my father , and the beautiful flower girl bouquets they made for me .. they truly love what they do and it shows in their arrangements... the environment is always friendly , I go to them every year .. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful.. I can’t say enough ... if you’ve driven by and not stopped, do it.. you won’t regret it....

I ordered a wreath made mostly of white but with red and blue mixed in for my father's funeral. The wreath was breath taxingly beautiful and the flowers were a very high quality. By far this was the best arrangement at the funeral. Thank you for providing such easy and reliable service to an out of town client.

I bought a plant for a friend of mine because she lost her father i purchased the plant in a monday it was beautiful when i left the store the family took the plant home three days later the plant died And had no soil in it.. I asked for a refund and they didnt want to but they did ..im happy i got my refund But i will not use them again...
