If you're looking for something very specific in mind, she may not have those flowers that day...BUT...if you're willing to call and say, "I need something happy/colorful/sad for my girlfriend/mom/dad for around $X," she'll knock it out of the park...every time. She does a great job for a great price, and her flowers are always fresh...smell fantastic for well over a week.

STAY AWAY with this store! I ordered flowers online to my wife for Valentine’s Day, they delivered at the last minute which my wife almost off from work. The delay can be understood due to high volume of the holiday. But the problem is I have called hundreds of times to follow up my order, they NEVER pick up the call!!!! I don’t even know if my order is went through until my wife got the flowers. And the most ridiculous thing is the flowers they delivered are TOTALLY DIFFERENT with the one I ordered! Very disappointed!

Two years in a row they have delivered substituted flowers that do not look anywhere as good as what they were supposed to be and they deliver late. My wife works at a school and they have not delivered until after 2pm each of the last two times. I am done with them.

I ordered flowers for my daughters 30th birthday. Tony went out of his way to get the specific flowers needed for the arrangement. My daughter received them on time and they were absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely use them again!

Completely and utterly disappointed. Website promised Valentine's Day delivery. No sign of my order. Called and called and called only to hear the cold voice of a computer operated voicemail box. What ever happened to customer service?

I ordered flowers from this shop for a coworker who had surgery and this was the closest flower shop near the hospital. I placed my order and paid. I expected my coworker to get what was ordered for her. A white and purple arrangement. What she received was 2 white roses, 6 carnations and tons of greenery. The arrangement was nice, but not what I ordered. When I called the shop to complain, the owner who said her name was Reina, informed me she could easily go back to the hospital and take those flowers and give me what I ordered which apparently was much smaller. So she basically knew that her shop created an arrangement that was not what I ordered. She apologized but her apology said, ' I am only sorry for adding more flowers to your arrangement.' I will never shop here again nor will any of my friends in Cypress.

Ordered online. Last minute birthday arrangement. They were able to deliver same day at no extra ridiculous price. They even went twice to the residence. The flowers were beautiful.

I'm unable to communicate with them by email. The flowers I ordered were specific to the vase. The vase that was used was a plain white vase. Also, I read the delivery charge is $9.00 and I was charged 10.00 Next I order flowers I will be doing more research, however I won't be using American Bella Flowers again.
