Very disappointing experience. My husband spent over $100 on flowers for our anniversary and they were dying the next day. Arrangement did not include flower food that it said it was supposed to come with. My husband sent a complaint and they promised a redelivery which never came. He requested another redelivery and they said they delivered it but they did not. They lied. Would never purchase from them again.

My girlfriend is in the Air Force, and I wasn’t sure how to get flowers delivered to her on base. A Flower 4 Us got the job done. Their delivery guy went above and beyond in order to get her roses delivered. Thank you guys, seriously.

Wasn't sure if it was still open or it was out of business as soon as I walked in. Service was great but really nothing there to look at or choose from. Even when asked to show me what flowers or roses they got, no display of any type. It needs a lot of work and training

Worst experience as a customer I've ever had. Paid up front for a Valentine bouquet to be delivered to my wife's work before noon and it's nearly 4 and no rose's. Worst of all, they stopped answering their phone at 2.

I had a special request for a single white rose, with baby's breath and a bow. They only charged me a small fee, to include the gift bag, and it is absolutely beautiful. This is for a date tomorrow, and she'll love it. Thanks much to the store staff for the quick and courteous response!

Ordered pink lilies a week before I needed them. Showed up and I was provided red roses. Staff was not very respectful when I asked to have what I had ordered. No phone call was made to me to tell me what I ordered could not be achieved. I wold strongly suggest another florist!

The place was closed one day when i needed an emergency arrangement. They came to the flowershop just to help me out and they opened. They have amazing costumer service, fast deliver, and fast pay. The owner Martha and the cashier Kathy have been really polite and kind. I've visited this place since 3 years and they have never let me down. Thanks AF4U.

Ordered Rose's for my wife for Valentine's, they charged me $15.00 for a so call expedited delivery so she would receive them on time, was even told by the cashier Kathy if I didn't want to pay the extra 15 that they would get there when they get there....wow apparently even if you pay they get there when they get there, never go there again...my wife didn't get them today, the day after Valentine's...never again!!!!!

I went to the place the sign says open and the door closed. I knocked no one answered. I call them right to voice mail. If they have a sign lid open. I expect it should be open. If i go in operating hours it should be open. Waisted my time and gas. Thank you.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I purchased flowers on August 9 to be delivered to a friend in Austin, Texas on August 15, 2018. I received a confirmation that the delivery would be made my email. On August 16th, I called my friend to discover that the delivery was never made. I then called this company. The woman who answered the phone explained to me that she didn't know how to deliver to Austin. I asked why wasn't that explained to me and my money returned on August 9th when I placed the order. She then assured me the delivery would be made that same day, August 16. The delivery was never made and I was never contacted. I tried numerous times through email and phone to contact her and received no answer. After having to threaten legal action, she finally returned my email saying she would send a larger arrangement. By this point, my friends birthday is already several days in the past. I asked her to cancel the order and refund me my money. She then sent an email to me confirming the delivery that was STILL never made, and I haven't heard from her since. I've tried more times by phone and email to contact her regarding my refund, but I haven't received an answer. My friend never received the flowers and candy, and I'm still short sixty plus dollars on flowers and candy. Please do not use this service. This woman is a SCAM artist and should be brought up on charges for stealing my money. I am looking into escalating this issue with the proper authorities.

Went to get my wife flowers for her birthday. 5:04 pm the open light was flashing and the hours say till 6pm but the door was locked and no answer when I called. Might be a good flower shop if I could actually get flowers.
