Boyfriend wanted to surprise me with flowers at my work. They never arrived, but they told him they had been delivered. He had to call and demand my flowers be delivered the next day. They finally did arrive at my home, but the delivery person almost couldn’t find my home because they mixed together my home and work addresses. Very disappointed...gave 2 stars because the flowers were lovely when they finally arrived.

My husband sent me flowers to the tune of $117. The arrangement looked nothing like the photo he ordered them from - actually looked liked someone had taken 18 roses, a little baby's breath and dropped them into a vase without any sort of arranging done. No ribbon, bow or anything special. The delivery man was extremely rude to me in front of the office staff and a waiting room full of patients. An embarrassing situation that was supposed to be a special occasion/gift.
