I absolutely love Rions! I called and talked to them personally about a funeral spray because I’ve been short changed by other florists in the past. Rions went above and beyond and provided the most beautiful arrangement ever, plus they delivered it out of their area to assure I was satisfied. This isn’t the first time I’ve used Rions, but it is definitely the reason that I keep going back. And they are very reasonably priced. Thank you, Rions!

Very sweet staff and such a pleasant atmosphere! This shop is small and homey with beautiful flower arrangements, super cute knick knacks, and great coffee! Definitely worth a stop in, even if just to browse, get ideas, and talk to all the sweet people there!

I will NEVER use Rion Flower shop again! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary, which I wanted to be a surprise. They called her prior to delivering them and told her they were coming! Ruined the "surprise" part.

Our family has done business with Rion's for years and will certainly continue to do so. I was notified of a recent death of a relative with last minute funeral arrangements. This was on a Saturday at 12:45pm. The visitation and funeral were to begin at 9:30am Monday in Nashville. Rion's was about to close but said they would wire the order to a Nashville florist, as they would normally do. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted and told that the Nashville florists were already closed and probably would get the order Monday morning and not have the arrangement completed and delivered on time. The young lady offered to stay and put together the arrangement even thought she is not the expert that puts the arrangements together. She added the flower arrangement would be delivered by Rion's to Nashville that same day. I gave the okay and she put the arrangement together sending a picture to their expert who normally constructs these type of arrangements, as well as other employees to make sure it was acceptable. She got the approval from everyone so it was delivered to the Nashville funeral home. When I arrived early Monday morning, the beautiful arrangement was on display and my family was well represented. My family couldn't be happier with Rion's Flowers for their kindness and for going beyond the call of duty. Thank you Rion's!!!

Rion Flower Shop is a four generation family owned flower shop that has been in business for over 70 years. I ordered my wedding flowers and they were beautiful and reasonably priced. I will definitely do business with them again and recommend it to everyone on here.

Had a horrible experience with this business. Someone had called in an order (yes called it in on the telephone) for a flower arrangement to be sent to a relative. The person that called gave my wife's name and our address for billing. Apparently no verification, i.e. phone number, credit card number, SSN, etc. was asked for or given. The problem is it was neither me nor my wife that called and neither of us had authorized anyone else to do it. The bill was sent to our address for $65! We attempted to discuss this matter with the manager/owner, however, she was not even willing to listen or understand. The only thing she said was "well, people do this to us all the time and there is no way for us to determine who ordered them"! I even suggested that they change their business process to require some type of identification or verification. She said "we can't get identification over the phone sir"! She said they only have "house accounts" for people that order. We have NEVER ordered flowers from them and charged to our "house account". Needless to say, they are expecting us to pay this bill that for flower we DID NOT order!! My church has ordered from here in the past, however, given this experience we will NOT order from here again! It should be noted that I wrote a review for this place on Yelp as well and it was deleted. NOTE TO OWNER: Update your business process and this type of thing will not happen!

First time visitor (today) - Flower shops are mostly similar but RION is a also a coffee shop and has a good selection of plants as well as stemmed-flowers. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. I was even taken inside the cooler to view all of their flowers and the rep ultimately allowed me to 'name a price' and she would customize the flower arrangement. As a non-flower specialist, aka a man, I was very happy to be able to name my price and walk out with something great. I met the owner of the store and she upgraded (really upgraded) my purchase as a first time customer and even gave me a high-five! She said I was in the right spot at the right time! It was a 5 star first experience. I don't buy flowers often but I will be back to RION. #shoplocal #familyowned #christianowned

My mother hasn't received the arrangement yet, but due to the representative's awesome and warming attitude, I couldn't wait to write the review. The representative for this company was so patient and warming and personable that I wanted to continue conversation with her! LOL I ordered the Telfara (something like that....smiley face mug) and a balloon! I asked a gaziliion questions, and asked for the lady to repeat a few statements she made for my clarity and she did it without hesitation, and often apologizing for not being clear. So warming! STAY THAT WAY RION! You're personable skills are amazing!

I only needed 3 bouquets for my wedding and when I talked to them on the phone, they hung up on me when I said I was going to call around and see if there was a florist who didn't require me to pay a $50 consultation fee (even if I didn't use them).

I ordered my wife flowers for her birthday and they did not deliver them to her job until I called to asked if they had been delivered. The flowers were delivered at 2:30 and that's only because I told them my wife gets off at 2:30. I requested that they put a message on the card of the flowers and they didn't. Also, told me the delivery would be $15.00 but charged me $25.00 dollars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are overpriced and terrible customer service! I would never use this company again. If I could give them a negative review I would. Don't waste your time or money!

Absolute best experience!!!! This wonderful shop that I had never used before went above and beyond any I’ve used before! Very friendly and professional !!! They went above and beyond to make a very special gift for my niece and delivered to her and treated us like family!!!! I will continue to use them!!! They put their heart into all they do!!!! Worse experience that I have ever gotten from a florist shop!!! This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating! It doesn't look like anything from the picture on their website. Also, they are overpriced and not customer friendly. I spoke to the receptionist and she even told me to go to Wal-Mart next time i wanted more roses. I paid $65 for 2 roses and don't bother to ask them for a refund if you aren't satisfied by your product because you won't get one. I will NEVER recommend them to anybody.

They are a nice little shop tucked away in Murfreesboro. We went to buy a corsage for our son's senior prom. The girl at the front counter was very nice. I showed her images I found on the internet and she worked with that to pick out things to go into the arrangement. She looked at a picture of his date's dress and made suggestions. If there was something I was interested in she explained the price difference. When the pick up day arrived I was so very pleased. For all our flower needs we will return here. My son's date was overwhelmed by the arrangement.

My grandmother passed away on June 30 and we called to see how much a strawberry wreth would be and they were beyond expensive we found it under half the cost at another shop. Then we had people who sent flowers and we never received them and we let the people know and they have tried to get their money back since and have not been able to. Some paid with cash and others paid by cards and the shop has not gave nobody their money back. Rions has lost quite a few customers over this.

I am very impressed with Rion’s. As a long time customer with the company I work for, I called and placed a personal order recently. When the arrangements arrived I was disappointed with the quality. I called and spoke with the manager and she worked very hard to make sure she got it right! Within the hour, the arrangements I was picturing showed up and were more than gorgeous and full of color. I was so impressed with the customer service and will be a customer forever because of this!

UPDATE: After making it crystal clear that I did not want a replacement arrangement and that I expected a full refund, they show up at my parent's today with another arrangement that STILL looks nothing like what I ordered and paid for!!! I paid for a beautiful deluxe Dreaming of Tuscany flower arrangement and the arrangement I received is not remotely close to what I ordered and paid for. It is random, leftover flowers shoved into what appears to be a drinking glass with no bow. I am beyond embarrassed by what was delivered to my parents for Grandparent's Day! As you can see, the arrangement they delivered is not remotely close to an $80 arrangement!
