For the past 6 years, we have used Rebel Hill florist for all our prom and homecoming corsages and boutonnieres and they are always absolutely lovely! This year we had a "corsage emergency" when one of the boys forgot to buy one for his date. We called Rebel Hill at 5:45, and even though they had already closed for the day, they had a corsage ready and waiting for him when he drove up 15 minutes later. Whew! Thank you Rebel Hill! I also needed some flowers for a last-minute, impromptu dinner party and bought some stems straight out of the cooler. Good price, and the flowers lasted so long!

I was really disappointed with Rebel Hill. Here's why: I called to ask about a special order. I was looking for something out of the ordinary and wanted to see if they had any ideas. The person I spoke with seemed positive and took my number and said she would call me right back. Four days later, I called them to check in and get their thoughts. The new lady I spoke with said she had my number and "was just about to call me". I asked her what she thought and she said she couldn't help with my order. This wouldn't be such a big deal if it were handled differently. I think they should have called me sooner. (or at all). My honest thought is this: the rebel hill website offers the exact same types of arrangements as other sites but at a higher price. From my experience they don't have anything more to offer than other florists. I wish I had something more positive to say.

I bet they have great flowers, however the prices were higher than any other place we got quoted. They were about 40% higher than the other companies we talked to. There was also a serous error ($2,000) on their original quote that really rubbed us the wrong way. When we were told it was right, and I had to show the math where they were wrong. They are very nice, and again I’m sure they produce some stellar flowers, but if price is big for you, I recommend going elsewhere.

As I live in N. Mississippi, my coordination for my son and his fiancee's rehearsal dinner in Nashville had to all be by phone. Designer, Ms. Mary Steverson was an absolute gem to work with! She created the most beautiful centerpieces and stunning wreath for the rehearsal dinner! I had mentioned that I wanted a "wow factor" and Ms. Mary delivered in a big way!! I was speechless (that doesn't happen very often) when they brought in the arrangements and to the point of happy tears because she so captured my vision of what I wanted for that night. Everyone in attendance was still talking the day after about how beautiful it all was. My only wish is that I lived in Nashville to do all my floral requests through them. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered flowers for the funeral of a dear friend and neighbor who passed. This neighbor loved flowers and spent hours working in her flower garden every week. I called in my order and told the woman who answered about my neighbor and she patiently listened. I didn't expect more than a standard funeral spray. But when I saw the flowers, I was stunned. They were arranged so thoughtfully. It was one of the most beautiful arrangements I had ever seen. The flowers were fresh, the colors vibrant and the scent was lovely. It surpassed my highest hopes. As an out of town customer I ordered a gift plant for a Nashville relative. When the store discovered they didn't have a good sample of the plant in the store they ordered one and delivered it within 24 hours of original order. Because this was later than they promised they offered a nice apology and an unrequested accommodation on the delivery fee. The delivered plant is absolutely beautiful and worth the extra 12 hour wait. This attention to detail is quite surprising and so important when ordering a product that I'm trusting someone else to select, wrap, and deliver for me. Highly recommended.

Ordered a large bouquet for our 9th wedding anniversary. It wasn't ready at the pickup time, and for $200, it was smaller than I expected. The staff was really pleasant and offered me a small pack of chocolates while I waited for them to finish putting it together. Overall I would return again, but I think I would look at some of their smaller arrangements, which seemed more reasonably priced.

Back in August I lost my mother and went to Rebel Hill for her flowers. Anna was such a pleasure to work with. She was kind, understanding, and exceeded all of my expectations. I am so incredibly thankful she was available the day my family and I walked into her adorable shop. The flowers were beyond spectacular! I used Rebel Hill for wedding flowers. I needed 2 very large arrangements for the church, my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnieres for the men. I initially wanted to keep the flowers very simple since flowers can get so expensive so quickly. But the little details really do add a nice touch, and Mary and Emily worked with me to come up with ideas that could be more affordable. I met with Mary a few months before the wedding to talk about styles, colors, and timing. She was so pleasant to work with. She also had great insight as we talked through each part of the wedding to make sure we had it all covered. Mary did convince me to add 3 mini bouquets for our 3 flower girls. They loved their flowers and it was adorable! Being out of town, it was a huge relief to know Rebel Hill was on the ball for delivery and set up. They got to the church early the day of the wedding to set up the 2 arrangements and coordinated with my planner to get the bouquets and boutonnieres to us before photos. Great experience!

Being a retired floral designer here in Illinois, I was looking for the right florist to send flowers to my best friend in the hospital. I read all the reviews and what struck me most was the amount of satisfied customers who all said this staff was helpful kind and creative. Creative is what caught my eye and boy did I pick the RIGHT florist! I ordered the Randolph reindeer and told them its a designers choice. Do what you want and let your creative juices flow. I always loved to fill a "designers choice" order when I worked and its the best way to get something wonderfully created as opposed to the cookie cutter, one sided commercialized flowers seen in ads and on tv! Rebel Hill is a top notch, highly talented, moderately priced, friendly florist that anyone sending flowers in the Nashville area should use!

I have never been disappointed using Rebel Hill Florists. From my daughter's wedding bouquet to my best friend's annual live plant for her birthday to my friend's party reception, the arrangements have always been spot on. The entire staff has an almost uncanny ability to hear my words and read my thoughts. Most recently, Anna created an arrangement for a wedding reception that was the hit of the party. Neither groom nor the attendees could say enough nice things about the arrangement. My father never liked fresh flowers. When he died in December, a few years ago, I talked to the florists about creating a pall of seasonal greenery. It was absolutely breath taking, and I have kept the large pine cones from it in my science classroom. A couple of years ago, when my aunt died, my cousin from California was looking for a florist. He ignored my recommendation until he realized he couldn't find what he was looking for in Murfreesboro. He relented and called Rebel Hill and he was immediately impressed with the pall they created. I will absolutely use Rebel Hill for any floral need.

Unknown to us, the family had also ordered from Rebel Hill a floral arrangement for the service. Imagine our delight when we saw that both arrangements were coordinated with the same flowers and colors and yet uniquely different! We were all pleased at the lovely and creative arrangements for our colleague's service! Rebel Hill is our florist of choice, always!!!

Ordered an arrangement on Sunday. Didn't arrive to my grandfather in the hospital until Wednesday due to bad weather, which is understandable. What is NOT understandable is how the $100 arrangement died in under 48 hours. I have received flowers that lasted up to 7 days. Less than 2 full days is NOT acceptable.
