This florist location can't handle special occasions. So don't waste your 'time' nor 'money' with this florist. My mother's day flowers that I received on Friday, May 11 had wilted petals. I called the store and they picked the flowers up (Friday, May 11, 2019) so they could inspect them. (So they say). I got the very same flowers back the next evening (Saturday, May 12, 2019) with an additional purple flower inserted and they were worst. The vase was very cold so I'm assuming they just took the flowers back to the shop and but in the fridge. I have 'before and after' pictures that I will be forwarding to FTD since this was a wire transaction. I rest my case. Regardless if I paid or not; the flowers were a Mother's Day gift! Why did some flowers have to be replaced???? See Mgmt response below and also more patron reviews on YELP.

I am forever grateful to the kind folks at Premier Flowers who opened up for me even though they had closed for the day. Being from out of town and in need of flowers on my way to an event, not only did they open their doors, they provided the most beautiful and unusual roses I have ever seen. They are tucked away in a suite of offices so be sure not to pass them by!!

Ordered Pleased As Punch Bouquet - Premium from Teleflora, and ended up with a completely different Bouquet from Premier Flowers. I ordered that one specifically because my wife is allergic to Lillies and this didn't have lillies listed. 1/3 of the flowers in the bouquet were already dead or dying. If they didn't have the right flowers for the arrangement, any decent florist would call the sender and ask if the replacement flowers were acceptable. Upon voicing my concerns with Teleflora, they offered a 30% refund, and were going to exchange the bouquet for another set of flowers from Premier. Premier called my wife to set up the exchange, and were very rude on the phone saying "some people just can't be pleased", and proceeded to hang up on my wife after she told them the flowers would be at the front Desk since she is allergic to them, and she wasn't available at the time they wanted to pick them up. Overall, I'm very disappointed that they would treat their customers this way, and even more disappointed that they would put dead flowers in a bouquet for my wifes birthday. Would not recommend this florist. Editing post since I cannot respond directly to the flower shops comment: The tone of the reply from the flower shop is all that potential customers need to know. I'm new to the area, so I use sites like teleflora to test out potential florists. Now my list of potential florists will exclude Premier Flowers, unless I want a bouquet of dead flowers, then I will call the shop directly.

I placed an order through Blooms Today on 4/28 for a Mother's Day bouquet to be delivered 5/11. Premier picked up the order on 4/30 and waited until 5/12 To say they would not deliver. I am beyond disgusted. No communication was given beforehand to offer an opportunity for alternative arrangements to be made. This level of unprofessionalism and apathy will assure that whenever I order flowers be it personally or professionally, Premier will NEVER be chosen.

My sweet step mom lost her mother, so I decided to order her an arrangement from here. I ordered the premier (extra $20) of the Box of Autumn, for a beautiful bouquet. They put carnations everywhere and not one rose. You can see from my photos, what I ordered and what I got were not the same. Strongly do NOT recommend this place. In response to the owners comment: the arrangement was advertised to include Dahlias, Safari Sunset, Hypericum Berries, and Buplerum. So they were not substitutions. I was in a meeting and could not answer the call, but it was regarding the orange lillies. If roses were in the percieved photo of the arrangement, and you had roses, then why were they substituted for carnations.

I ordered this online. Their website has suggestions of arrangements which also has pictures to give you an idea of the finished product. The florist needed to make a substitution for a flower that wasn't in stock and the florist called me personally to discuss options. After the flowers were delivered, I received an email with the picture of the arrangement and it was gorgeous. I was very impressed with the customer service and the quality. I also liked that they sent me a picture of the actual arrangement so that I could see what was sent.

Do not used it, I placed an order here and they didn't delivery. So I called them and they pretended that they didn't know about that, and I even have te emailed them back the receipt because. I recorded the call because the owner was screaming at me and instead of solving the problem she started blaming everyone. At the end they didn't even refund me my purchase. So basically they STOLE MY MONEY. I am trying to solve this with my lawyer and my credit company. Happy Valentines to me.
