Ordered a bouquet from the website, and requested it be delivered locally same day. Not only was it delivered early, but it was remarkably like the photo online! That is very unusual, and a pleasant surprise! Thank you for the gorgeous flowers and great service!!

I ordered flowers on-line on a Wednesday for a funeral service to show support for the family since we were unable to attend in-person. I received a call on Saturday that they didn't receive the order until Thursday evening at the individuals home and she forgot to bring it to work the next day. Obviously their on-line system doesn't work very well. She was very apologetic, but there wasn't much to be done at the point we received the phone call. I would highly recommend not using their on-line ordering system as it appears to be quite unreliable.+

I received flowers last Tuesday or Wednesday from them. My husband ordered through a website I believe and they got the order. They told him they would be delivered at 6pm and he rang the doorbell right on the dot for the delivery. They were absolutely gorgeous and it has been a full week now and they look no different than they day they arrived to me. Still just as pretty and healthy like they would last forever. Being from a family that owns a florist in another county I know all about flowers and thes did a top notch job on this arrangement.

Ok, my brother purchased a large bouquet for me and I couldn't tell him they were the worst selection of flowers (dead, wilting haphazardly cut so close to the head there was hardly any stem and just tossed into a vase without any arrangement) that I had ever seen. I am warning others. I'm not even picky, but this was a horrible hack job and I feel sorry he paid to have these deplorable flowers delivered to my door. I was beyond happy about my brother's intentions and that he was thinking of me but the bouquet was a huge mess. I think a bouquet from Walmart would definitely be better than this sad attempt of a bouquet. I don't know if they have no conceptualization of how to properly make a bouquet, were being racist because my brother included a touching message in Spanish or if they always have such horrible service. Regardless I've been meaning to review and warn others not to purchase from here. My brother spent over $100 (that's all he revealed to me when I asked) for such a raggedy display of flowers that I threw them away so it wouldn't make a mess. Just deplorable. ~_~

They are amazing. We went to find a tree to plant for our dog who passed away, and had four of our boys in tow. We found the perfect tree, they told us which ones would grow tall, last long, and they gave the boys lollipops, when they didn't have to. We will be going back for all of our spring planting, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say that I have ever been put in such a horrible postion before due to unprofessional behavior as I was by this shop. I placed an order online on Saturday and left voicemails requesting a call back. The delivery was needed for my Uncle's funeral which was within their delivery zone per their website and available for the Monday evening that I needed. I heard nothing from them amd given the other reviews and auto emails I had no reason to suspect any issue. I requested a 4pm delivery. At 3:50 on Monday I received 2 emails from the florist and PayPal cancelling my order and refunding my money. No phone call was placed, no explanation via email. When I called no one answered the phone. I still have not received an explanation or even a courtesy call with an explanation. Had they called me first thing Monday morning I would've had time to replace the order. As is I got very lucky and was able to pay for a rush order from another florist but the flowers will not be delivered for the wake, only for the funeral service tomorrow. Never have I experienced such unprofessional behavior. If you need flowers please call Kevin's Florist in Springfield. They answer the phone AND actually deliever the flowers they promise.

yes the floral shop is in a trailer SO WHAT what comes out of the shop is what really matters. yes sometimes it is messy SO WHAT they are very busy beacause they are the BEST at what they do. I have done business with them since I moved here 10 years ago and will not ever do business with anyone else but them. They are honest hardworking people and will help you with your floral and nursery needs 7 days a week. Get over it!!!!!
