The flowers for my Father's service were even prettier than the picture showed. Ordered online Sunday and were delivered the next day for the service. Peach Rose's bloomed gracefully and still beautiful 5 days later. I would recommend them highly to anyone. Thank you!!!!

I ordered flowers online from WV to be sent to my nephew there in Seymour, TN. I requested a time for them to deliver them (if their schedules allowed for it), they made sure to fulfil my request. My nephew felt extremely special. Arrangement looked amazing, too!

I highly recommend Donna and the entire staff at Petree's Flowers. I had placed an online order to be delivered to my wife at work. Although the arrangement was well done, it wasn't quite what either of us expected. Donna, the delivery driver, and the owners went out of their way to make sure that my wife was happy above anything else. Including calling her personally to make sure she was happy and three total deliveries to her. Across town to West Knoxville, I might add. That level of customer service and attention to the customer is hard to come by, and I want to say thank you!

Petree’s has wonderful customer service! I received a call that a floral arrangement had been left on my front porch but upon returning home I found nothing. When I called Petree’s, we discovered the sender had used an old address. Petree’s updated my address in their system and promptly delivered a beautiful floral arrangement that same day! Making sure the customer was taken care of despite the customer’s own error certainly goes above and beyond expectations.

They delivered a fresh flower arrangement exactly as it appeared in their pictures. My friend sent me a picture. They went above & beyond to add a butterfly as a special request. My friend received her flowers in about 4 hrs from when I called . It was her birthday and I called early in the morning hoping it would be possible to have it given that day. Illness is always a difficult situation and one wants to provide some cheer. One also has to be careful since flowers are sent for many different occasions.
