Friendly, quick, local. I called on a whim yesterday at noon. I wanted to send a flower arrangement to my wife...for no reason (yes guys I did it! :-) A friendly voice picked up on the other end of the phone, answered my questions, added her advice and had a beautiful arrangement at my door and in my wife's hands in about 2.5 hours. Lots of choices with beautiful, fresh flowers. Love Kroger- but you don't eat flowers. So glad to get some local florists in the neighborhood! Selections not found elsewhere and service with a smile. Happy to accommodate your special needs. First class place.

My husband travels a lot, and I wanted something special last minute. Thinking a local flower shop would meet my needs, BOY WAS I WRONG! The owner and her husband were rude from the start! It was like I was inconveniencing them from the start! But wait.... IM PAYING YOU! I quickly cancelled my order, and will NEVER be back! RUDE RUDE RUDE! If you want to treated like an inconvenience, get your last minute flowers here! I ended up ordering from a more know floral shop, and it was beautiful! I'm all about supporting local businesses, but was very disappointed in this one. Shame on you, Lotus Floral Shop!

Saved my bacon! Ordered and delivered a balloon bouquet the same day. They were worried and apologizing that it would be delivered later in the afternoon when I ordered around 10:40! I was just pleased they could deliver it that day with such short notice.
