I would like to take a moment to recognize one of our small businesses, Humble Bee Florist in Kingston. Saturday I picked up my son's corsage and boutonniere for prom. He had picked out a set he thought would be perfect for his lovely date from a florist in Knoxville that came recommended with a really good reputation.To make a long story short, the arrangements were basic (putting it nicely) and the flowers were damaged and were quite expensive. I panicked and decided to just buy another set for them. Humble Bee being the first place I found under Kingston Florists told me to bring in the flowers and they would repair/fix the arrangements. They went above and beyond remaking the arrangements with beautiful flowers in one of the sweetest corsages I've seen... Fast! Even after laboring all night and day for the kids in our county and being so busy with the prom rush. They exhibited the type of kindnes, quality, care and compassion that our society needs so much more of. I'll never take my business any further again and I'm ashamed they didn't get it to begin with. Thank you so much! You made a young man's night!!

Theonly reason for one star is because there was a card at the funeral home with the name on it. The flowers that I ordered were for a very special person that that passed away in our family. Ordered$50.00 bouquet.from me and then one from my aunt, supposed to be special "happy" arrangements to go to the 2 daughters after the service. Different colored roses ... Well anyway, I got to the funeral home and went in search of our flowers, I found them in the back of the room and I knew why. I have experience in floral designing , those arrangements were undoubtly the ugliest I had ever seen at a funeral service. I wanted to take them out so no one would know that they were from me and my aunt but it was so crowded that I couldn't. I was so embarrassed. I called Humblebee Florist the next day to complain. The lady that I spoke to was very apologetic and wanted to send more flowers and I told her no the damage was already done. The manager was supposed to call me back but no call ever came. I had to apologize to my aunt. Those flowers were that bad. It was my first and last time using Humblebee .

Going Above and Beyond is an understatement! Due to conflicting 3rd shift work schedules my fiance and, Son were last minute shoppers for suits. My fiance (at the time) called on Friday around 2pm to inquire about getting suits or tuxedos explaining we need them for Saturday. The kind, quick thinking on her toes woman who answered; advised all she had in the store were on manaquines and, kindly asked if the 2 in question were about average sized! Good to know I've got 2 average fit, suitable for manaquines attire men in my life.

We use Humble Bee for all our needs. We've had a wedding, a funeral, and all other events, they go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. The owner had to drive to a warehouse 30 mins away from her shop to get exactly what my family ordered for a quick funeral service. She didn't just make a casket piece with stuff in the cooler she made sure she drove and got the freshest and the exact colors we requested. She could have suggested another color but she didn't she made arrangements in the exact color we wanted. I promise you will not be disappointed with Humble Bee.

Today was my mother's 70th Birthday. I had ordered flowers for her from a florist via internet who used a different Kingston florist to make and deliver the flowers. The arrangement was not what I ordered nor was it the "premium" quality I paid for. I was so upset. I wanted to make it right and get flowers to my mom that were better than what she had received. I told Tammi (the owner) and her staff what happened and she immediately made me a beautiful arrangement and in fact charged me so much less than what I had paid. I highly recommend Humble Bee Florist and will being using their services in the future. Thank you Tammi for the beautiful arrangement! My mother absolutely loved them!
