I ordered a hanging arrangement, sight unseen, by phone, calling from Virginia (800 miles away) for my 86 year old mother for Mother's Day. The person on the phone "talked up" how beautiful their stock of handing baskets were. They charged me $50 plus a delivery fee. The item delivered was absolutely hideous. It was a petunia type flower that was way past its prime and totally overgrown. I estimate Lowe's or Walmart would not have asked even $5 for this item. The hangover of the arrangement was too wide for my mother to lift and it dropped old flowers and dead plant "stuff" all over my mother's floor. This item was a waste of money and caused much stress for my aged mother. I will never do business with this florist again.

Very unhappy with the service. Pay extra for roses on Valentine's day and they send carnations. Call them, they refund some of the cost. Then I ask how much is a dozen roses. Answer $65. I will not make arrangements here again.

I ordered Violets and Butterflies arrangement for a funeral service for a family that lives out of state and wasn't able to be there for the service. When I got to the service, the flowers were horrible! I walked out side and called Geraldine's and let them know how I felt about the flowers. Within 10 min, they were at the funeral home picking the flowers up and replacing them with a BEATIFUL arrangement. In total I ordered 4 different sets of arrangements and was VERY HAPPY with all of them once this one was fixed. The Spray for the casket was the prettiest and biggest a I think I have ever seen.

I went on there website and picked out a certain bouquet of flowers they were beautiful on the picture. They had a red vase and a big single red ribbon with assorted flowers in them so I bought them and had the flowers delivered to my grandmother. When she got the flowers they didn't look anything like the pic. The flowers were nice but not beautiful like the pic. They didn't come in a red vase and the ribbon looked like somthing you wrap your chrismas presents in. I'm just glad my grandmother is happy but i dont think i got what i paid for.

Service, Dedication, Expedience, Pleasant, Extra-mile. This floral shop can offer none of these attributes. I placed an order on Geraldine's direct website on February 12th for an arrangement to be sent to my fiances work on Valentines Day and it never got there. I called mid-day and an elderly women (one of many there) answered and quickly told me that all the orders were out for the day. She didn't even bother to check my order number or name to see if they actually had it. I called again at about 4:30PM and I was told she had about 15 people in line so she couldn't help but would take a number to call me back. Once she called back she stated she had gone through all her orders back to January and couldn't find my order Suddenly it became my problem, and somethings wrong on my end since I placed the order online through their Teraflora Network that processes their orders. OK...how is it that I have a confirmation email and order number then? I advised I could forward the order through email but she said she can only accept it by fax? It's 2018. where can I find a fax machine on the fly?! Geraldine's About Us: Very unprofessional and service acumen needs a ton of work.

My order wasn’t delivered as a birthday gift, and I wasn’t notified or emailed. They said that I had the wrong phone number and payment listed, but I received a confirmation email. When I called to figure out what had happened they were very rude to me, and didn’t even offer to make things right. She used a rude tone to tell me how I was in the wrong and that she was right. Everything was my fault, and the problem was on my end. I wasn’t charged, but it was the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
