I have purchased 3 arrangements from this business. One of the arrangements came from one of the satellite stores and delivered to a Nashville hospital. I asked for my arrangement to Smell Good. I appreciate a good smelling arrangement. My sister was so pleased. She said her entire room smelled good. I went in the store today on a budget and got exactly what I needed plus it smelled good. They listen and they do great work. I feel the staff takes great pride in pleasing customers. Thanks for the perfect arrangement, teddy and milk chocolates. :)

Worst experience I have ever had with flower delivery. My boyfriend ordered flowers for me while I had to come here to care for my father after his open heart surgery. The flowers were supposed to be delivered 08/23 and they called me to tell me that a delivery attempt was made and no one was home. My father and I were home all day. He isn't allowed to go anywhere because of his surgery recovery. On 08/24 I receive another call, telling me that a delivery attempt was made again and no one was home. I was 5 minutes away from home and my father was still at the house, so I told them to leave them on the porch as I was almost there. I got home and there was nothing there. The delivery driver delivered to the wrong house. The issue was corrected, but only after the flowers sat on the porch of the wrong house, in the 82 degree sun, for about 2 and a half hours. The driver still brought me the flowers that sat outside for all of that time. The small ones had wilted and were brown, while the edges of the lilies and roses were turning brown as well. My boyfriend is very disappointed because he was trying to make me smile in a hard time. He called and requested his money back, which should only be fair for this issue. They told him that the flowers had to be returned, so the delivery driver came back to retrieve them. After taking 2 days to deliver them, it only took him 8 minutes to come take them back. This company needs some serious help with customer service.

I have purchased a flower from this place they overcharged me and on top of that the person that they send to do the delivery have call 4 time telling the person at what time she was leaving work because she going to get flowers and top of that send the wrong flower

Paid 80 dollars ORDERED a beautiful arrangements saw it latter that day no were near what was ORDERED, also balloons were not there. The case was close to on line so I knew they knew which one it was to be.flowers were already died DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, WE WANT. SHAME ON THESE FOLKS

Be Sure you are getting what you paid for. My first picture is what Flower Express sent. If you zoom in you can clearly see the lilies are welted and brown around the edges. The picture I saw online showed 12 roses and the bouquet they sent only had 7 roses. The second picture is what the bouquet looked like online. I had to call and complain about the bouquet not looking like what they show on the internet. The third picture is side by side of what they first sent and what they replaced it with. They even asked to get the old flowers & vase back. I would not recommend them when sending flowers to anyone. They clearly don't think anyone calls and makes sure they got what they paid for.

Roses looked great & delivered on time. Reasonable prices. Delivery was only $9.95. Another local shop said they would deliver if I spent $150. Here there was not a minimum. I would reuse again.
