A beautiful arrengement was sent in time and place, no problem whatsoever on payment or ordering, even from outside the US! Good customer service on the phone too. Grading with 4 stars because I asked for tulips and the payment went through smoothly, only to find out the very same morning of delivery that they were out of season and would have to be specially ordered from some place else. I would recommend you write this kind of stuff on your website for everyone to know before ordering. 9/10, would recommend and/or buy again.

The ordering was easy but they never delivered. They never replied to repeated emails so the lady never received her birthday flowers. Don't use this service.

The lady seemed nice and was apologetic. However they are not able to deliver anything until Monday, friday now. Busy with the Mother's Day weekend no doubt , would have been nice to somehow pencil me in. Offer me an African Violet or something

Sent order in at 10 am. Birthday girl received it at 1:30pm. That is good service. The bouquet was perfect.

There is not physical storefront as suggested on Google. Lady on the phone told me they closed the store. I ordered three corsages for Easter on Good Friday. No problem the nice lady, who apparently works out of her house, said. We'll deliver on Saturday, she said. Thankfully, she agreed to C.O.D., because she wanted to take my credit card over the phone. I declined that convenience. Today, Saturday, no one is answering the phone and I have no corsages at 5:24 PM. I'll update if she comes through, but I'm not optimistic. UPDATE: She called at 6:06 PM and said the corsages would be delivered in 20 minutes. I left a party, and returned home to meet the delivery. I waited an HOUR and called back. I asked to cancel the order as I was pretty ticked-off at that point, and that I was leaving the house and returning to the party. She said the driver would leave the corsages on the doorstep and not to worry about paying for them. They were one doorstep when I returned.

My husband gave me a floral arrangement for our anniversary. He was last minute getting it, of course! He said the owner was very helpful. She had to run out and get the special flowers he requested on a Saturday and had them ready within an hour. They are absolutely gorgeous!!! Thank you for helping my husband in a pinch:) He said you will be his go to from now on.
