I am taking the unusual step of posting this Internet review contradicting the other reviewer's opinion to state that my experience with Deb's Flower Bank was completely positive. Flowers ordered less than 24 hours before a funeral not only were timely delivered but also were described by the bereaved family as the most beautiful flower arrangement at the funeral home. And it was the arrangement I had ordered. This meant a lot to me, because there were no other florists in the area who would accept and deliver an Internet order, a necessity because I am in another state. I also appreciate that Deb's clearly stated its substitution policy. This differs from the other local florist I contacted first, who took my Internet order, took my money but then cancelled claiming to be sold out. While my money was refunded, that other florist's acceptance of an order and subsequent notice that the arrangement was out of stock left me to scramble last minute to find another florist. Fortunately I found Deb's Flower Bank who performed wonderfully. I would recommend and order flowers again from Deb's Flower Bank.

Ordered flowers for a friend and was going off the picture that is on the website that the florist has up expecting for the price and appearance that is what I would be getting delivered. Well, don't order if you are expecting to get the result that they have posted because you will be out a lot of money and completely unsatisfied! What I order was nothing like the picture!!!! NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!! Very UNHAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE

I have called this flower shop several times. There is no voice mail acknowledgement to leave a message. I have also called the 1-800 number and am told that "the call did not go through" on every occasion. Also the floral arrangements seem to be much higher than all the other florist shops in Jasper. Would not reccomend this business due to poor customer service when in need of a timely funeral arrangement.

I've bought several items and arrangements at Debs and they never fail to please. My Mother-in-law recently passed away and the company where I work lovingly sent flowers to the funeral home in Alabama, where she lived. The most beautiful collection of yellow roses, pink roses, pink carnations, purple cockscomb and bright sunflowers placed amidst several kinds of foliage arranged in a wicker basket. I can't tell you how it touched my heart when I read the sympathy card and realized that the stunning arrangement I was admiring came from my friends. I fully trust them and wholeheartedly recommend using Deb's for local and distant needs.

This place is never open! Or the hours on the website don't match my experience in trying to reach anyone! Sue Bee must be a personal friend! Go elsewhere folks!!
