Dustin and his staff have always done a great job with anything that I have asked for. They have made countless arrangements for funerals of family members; some of which have had to be placed in a drawing to see which family member would take them home. They have always heard what have been needed and wanted and then created it. I will trust D'Garden with all of my floral needs.

RIDICULOUS! AMAZING! AWESOME! I am so glad I went downtown today this store is off the chain! The cutest store in the area so charming and adorable! They were rearranging the store for fall and adding some of the most beautiful fall gifts and items. The music, the smell, the fountains, the flowers! Yesterday I ordered a large Funeral piece at the last minute and I mean very last minute they did not have What I would like in stock and stated being last minute I would have to take designer choice. So at that point I had no choice but to go with their designers choice. I was worried about what it would be as they may not make something I liked. Where do I start! AMAZING let’s start there! Dustin is my Preston Bailey! Ever bit as talented and made our day superb! It was stunning. We are from Charleston, SC and met him thur a family member and had dinner one evening he was there we tossed ideas to him with an unusual flower I wanted to use in my wedding the Bird of Paradise. We just kicked ideas around and then I said jokingly you get my vision I wish you were in Charleston we would hire you to do our wedding! His reply was well hire me I will do the event in S.C.! Well idk he did destinations weddings in and events. So glad I was half joking and he did our event I have loaded some photos it was breath takenkng and the photos do not so it justice. But to anyone looking for the nicest, down to earth, loving and cares about what they really do for your event don’t hesitate or question just call Dustin. His staff and he were amazing! This is a lovely store and florist. I buy a lot of home decorations and natural products. The staff is so friendly and helpful. There's even a personal shopper to help you find the right items and make suggestions. From the moment you walk in you feel like your in a small European city. On the other side of the store that have a floral shop. I have ordered so many arrangements from this florist. They are always smartly decorated with any kind of theme or design you want. And they last a long time with daily care. Flowers aren't forever, but this business makes the memory last.

One star is way too much. Worst flower arrangement ever. Did not arrange. Looks like they went to Home Depot and bought a $15 hanging basket that looked awful and sold it as an arrangement for over $71. The ribbon on the basket looked like it had been tied by a 4 year old. I would suggest never buying from this place and especially if it a phone order. Absolutely horrible.

I called D Garden last minute and within 30 mins they had my arrangenent ready. I needed it delivered within 2 hours and they were also able to accomodate me. My bf is in Tennesse, I'm back in Texas. My son booked this florist for his wedding we were a little leery being we are so far from the area and were using a local vendor. However after speaking with Dustin and the staff we hired them as full event planners for our entire sons wedding. Everything was impeccable from food, tents, chairs and tables, the linens and of course the floral’s were stunning. If you need a wedding planner or just a bouquet of flowers Look no further. These guys are the BEST our entire family would highly recommend them !

It's pretty appalling that my grandfather's funeral was honored with a pathetic assembly of common household shrubs. The plants that were presented had a total value of $5 but my mother's coworkers spent over $50. When we tried to get this resolved they had already sold the correct dish garden and they were not going to work to resolve this issue.

My fiancée's Grandparents were unable to attend our wedding to to health reasons but they wanted to help us by purchasing her wedding bouquet. As the picture cannot do it justice these flowers were top notch! I highly recommend anyone regardless of the occasion, visit their website or storefront for all their flowers or other items. Apparently they have quite the retail space as well.

My daughter sent me flowers for Mothers Day. They were pink roses. The rose petals were brown around the edges. It looked as if they had pulled petals from the rose. They were one third the size of a regular rose. Very sad looking.

My now husband and I hired Dustin and his staff to do our wedding. We have used them in the past for Bouquet, Vase, single stems, gifts etc. We met with Dustin and told him the colors we wanted to us otherwise told him to have his way with the decor as we totally trust him. If you ever go in the Floratique you would understand. We gave him a budget and said go for it surprise us the day of. WOW did he ever my husband and I were in aw of the beautiful he created! From the archway we married under, the centerpiece for the tables, even the stairwell was all amazingly beautiful. It was our dream come true he captured everything for us perfectly. We just happened upon this amazing shop and what a treat for downtown Sevierville to have! From the old building which is amazing to the perfectly design decor of shopping gifts and some of the most beautiful floral arrangements I believe we have ever seen. We purchased our wedding bouquet from here as we had just been across the street at the courthouse to get our marriage license then was walking back tot he car and see the shop. They did such an amazing job we had planned to just go to the chapel and get married but they even do wedding there at the florist as they have an ordained minster that works there. Thank you so much we have a beautiful little ceremony with just us the Minster and one of their staff as the witness. Thank you again we will stop in as we are back in the area.

While on a weekend getaway I ordered a dozen red roses for my wife, very disappointed the roses were placed in a 8" garden vase. As an owner of a flower shop I personally take special pride in what goes out of our shop. I contacted the owner left a voice mail and no reply. I would never order flowers from this florist or send work to them. The roses themselves were fine. The arrangement had jade greenery that is used in funeral work.

Giving a single star for this florist is way to much. My wife and I ordered an arrangement for my grandmother's funeral. All they did was take our money. The arrangement looked like it was yesterday's flowers from a grocery store. Came in a broken down basket. What an embarrassment for my family. Wish I could post a picture of this sad display of a company.

I had no clue who to call so I called the funeral home he was at and they said if you want a honest reliable florist and really nice bouquet call D Garden. So I did! I figure it’s high time to write a review as many times as I have used D Garden. This review was long overdue I consider these people friends at this point. They always take excellent care of me and everyone I’ve ever talk to. From a quick pick up raft bouquet of 3 to 5 bucks to a gorgeous vase of dozen roses it’s always above and beyond my expectations. The value is exceptional and the flowers last sometimes over a month. This past weekend they did our wedding and the bouquet was stunning. Worse florist ever. Received a $50 "dish garden" from co-workers for my Fathers funeral. It ended up being a cheap basket with 2 half dead begonias and a little ivy plant. We called to complain about its presentation and they said they'd replace the plant. My Mother went there today and they told her the "sold" the replacement plant. Horrible customer service especially to a lady who lost her spouse of 59 years. Don't do business with these sheisters. Shame on them!

Been with my wife for 14+ years, and ordered flowers via 1800flowers not expecting much. There was an issue with the vase with the exact one not being in stock, so they called and asked if another one will do. Of course I'll do, I had no idea what the other vase looked like. But they delivered and called to inform me the cabin was locked, and asked what should be done. I told them to just place it on the deck. Couple minutes later I called to see if they could be put inside, and they did it! When wife and I got home we we're surprised with the awesome smell of fresh flowers, which looked AMAZING. Had to of been the absolute best flower arrangement I purchased for my wife. Roses we're HUGE, most of the lillys we're wide open. Just AMAZING. I didn't see a single wilting flower in the giant array. Next time I'm in the Gatlinburg area I would definitely book directly with them. Thanks! - also the note was handwritten, this was a great little touch, adds that little bit extra. A lot more personal than a printout.

My daughter ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. She lives in Alaska and had no idea who to contact. The flowers were delivered on Tuesday AFTER Mother's Day and were left in the heat at the front door--I wasn't home to accept them. The roses were completely opened and there was almost no water. EXTREMELY disappointed in this business! Hopefully, they'll read this review and replace the arrangement with a fresher one.

Popped in today for a little fresh flower bouquet which was a steal for only 2.99, grabbed farmhouse candle my FAV and found out they also have farm fresh organic eggs from the chickens on their farms. HOW COOL IS THAT! Will be back weekly for flowers and eggs now!
