These people are great. I always go in there and get my flowers. The roses seem to last over a week sometimes. The staff is friendly and helpful. One time I went in and I knew I couldn't get a rose to my girlfriend because I wouldn't see her for a couple days but I took a photo of a rose from the back and put a card next to it. They insisted on not charging me even though I offered to buy the rose regardless. I've been going here for years and will continue to get my flowers here.

I’m really impressed with the customer service that Brown’s Florist provides. I ordered an arrangement for my wife for Valentines. There was a mistake with the order and the wrong flowers were dropped off. The owner responded quickly and made sure the right arrangement was delivered. I will only use Brown’s going forward!!!! We were new to Tennessee and needed to find a florist in Hendersonville in order to send flowers to my mother-in-law. We found Brown's Florist and ordered and were so happy! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and arrived on-time for my mother-in-law to enjoy them for her birthday. Since then, we've continued to order from Brown's Florist and have been very happy every time.

Our family purchased an arrangement for a funeral. We drove in from 4 hours away for the services and were very displeased with the arrangement. It was very small and sparse and did not include even close to what had been ordered and promised. It was on display next to the guest book for all to see, much to our dismay. Having come into town specifically for the services over a weekend, we called to express our dissatisfaction the first business day after the weekend, and the customer service was extremely subpar. Most will at least offer to send a 'make-up' arrangement to the house, but we were told that if we had called on Saturday and had not waited, they could have come and 'fixed it' at the funeral home, but now it was too late for them to do anything. 1. The arrangement was not worth what was paid and was not arranged as ordered. 2. The customer service was terrible. 3. I would not recommend this florist for anything. Our hometown florists, whom we are very close to, have all been notified as well so as to not use them for customers in the future.

They ruined my mother and my sisters first Mother's Day. They're unprofessional, liars who are greedy and doesn't have business ethics on how to take care of a paying customer. Pam caused all of this friction. Claudine didn't rectify it, and could careless. She hung up in my face. Rip is clueless. I would never support or recommend this flower shop again. I'm disgusted. God Bless you guys! You couldn't possibly think the way you treated me was proper.

I came here to determine whether to use this florist to send an arrangement to a funeral home tomorrow. Then I read the formulaic reviews at the top. To Brown's: even though you might have different friends or staff post these glowing reviews, people can always see through it when you write your own reviews. Customers don't list all of the services you offer and products you sell in a review. However, one who has been provided a review written by someone at Brown's would. I hate it when a business tries to pass these reviews off as legitimate. It's dishonest and insults the intelligence of potential customers. I won't be doing business with you, Brown's. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve ordered a couple of times and always been pleased. Great service, beautiful flowers. Browns is a great small family owned business, which is something that is slowly disappearing in hendersonville. To those complaining about price-flowers are expensive. Get over it it go to hobby lobby and buy fake ones. To those leaving reviews when you’ve never ever patronized the business simply because you saw other reviews in here and decided to chime in, that’s just wrong and you make yourself look like a jerk! I’m not family, I’m not even going to live in Hendersonville or this state anymore after this week, but I support small businesses and I think the community should too. I’ll be in to Browns today to buy one last bouquet for a friend. Thanks for being of great service to our community.

Pretty flowers, but overall helpfulness and attitude are bottom of the barrel. I usually like shopping locally but if it means being insulted, I will not continue to support your business. I will be going to Kroger or Publix for any flower needs in the future.

I called on Mother's Day. They said they would put a beautiful basket together. Cost me $50 and my mother in law sent me a picture. It was horrible!!!! It didn't go together at all. It was very cheap looking. Very very dissatisfied!!!! I would NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

Brown’s Florists is the kind of business you only read about in great novels about great towns. This business has been in Hendersonville as long as I can remember. They have serviced flowers from nearly every funeral I have attended, wedding I’ve witnessed, bouquet I received growing up, but I didn’t realize how important they were behind the scenes. This family truly cares about each customer that comes to them. The family works there so you have multiple generations with a deep history and love for our community of Sumner County. Last week, we lost a friend from childhood. The very small family left behind didn’t have a funeral plan put together. I called Christy Brown Hale to let her know I would help with the Pall, and told her the story of the family needing help. She sprang into action. She reached out to funeral services, on behalf of his last two relatives that were minors, to help them through this difficult time. The team she has in this industry put the tears and fears to rest for a moment when the most beautiful funeral I’ve ever seen was created. It would not have been possible without the help of our friend’s at Brown’s florist and their friends. Truly a remarkable action performed by remarkable people in this industry. They created the MOST gorgeous Pall I’ve ever seen!!! Our friend was from the Philippines. They selected all indigenous flowers like ginger, orchids, lilies, and bird of paradise in his Pall. It was breathtaking. Everyone was talking about how beautiful it was. Our friend’s loved ones were so very thankful. I’m thankful there are businesses that still truly care about their home town and surrounding areas. May God always bless places like Brown’s Florist. We need more businesses like them.
