Randy is wonderful! He walked me through ordering the flowers (my first time ever ordering). Spoke with Sandy when I had to call back to change the delivery date bc my mother-in-law was not going to be there. She is as great as Randy! They both are so sweet and helpful. I was in a slight panic and nervous about ordering bc I am out of state. I highly recommend this shop!!

Randy was great today! My wife started a new job recently and I really had been wanting to surprise her with flowers, but hadn't. He was nice, polite, and easy to work with. My wife just texted a pic of her arrangement, I've banked some points with these flowers! All I told him was 1 type of flower and that my wife was at a new job, he delivered an arrangement way beyond my expectations and she is beaming!! I've found a go to florist, thanks Randy

I ordered from them today..sending a same day delivery to my cousin. I didn't know what the order was going to look like beforehand, but I was so impressed when my cousin sent a picture. It was a beautiful bouquet. They delivered same day! The person that took my phone order was so kind. I think he said his name was Randy...I may be wrong. At any rate, he asked what my price point was and went from there. Thank YOU!!!!!!!! If I ever have to do another delivery in Chattanooga, I will use them. -- I was also ordering out of town as I don't live in Chattanooga

Every interaction I've had with Bates has been very pleasant. The staff knows their stuff. Randy has been doing his job for years, and he knows the business better than anyone in town. He took care of my friends wedding, and it turned out beautifully. They deliver, and if you give them enough lead time they can even deliver by certain times of day.

Bates Raintree Florist does beautiful arrangements, with fresh flowers as well as potted plants. I had flowers delivered from Bates today and the delivery girl was so precious, I even talked her in to singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY for me!! You don't get service like that from just anybody!

Very happy with their service. Worked with me on keeping merchandise within a price range I could afford and showed me the finished product via text message (I'm 6 hours away from their location.) Whether you're a local or out-of-towner like me, I recommend them. They missed my call but called me back immediately. I called two other shops prior and heard nothing from either.

Never had flowers delivered before, and I wanted to do a last minute thoughtful gift on a day my girlfriend was working. There were many florists in the Chattanooga area I gleaned through, but this florist definitely caught my eye; every other place looked plain and boring. This place had more flair and elegance, so I ended up choosing their services! I'll call it a success because she was in happy tears and her coworkers commented on where the flowers came from being a nice looking place with great bouquets! Speedy service on the exact day I placed the delivery order. Happy customer!
