My first experience was poor. My wife received flowers belonging to someone else and had to detect the problem and flowers that went elsewhere were returned. The flowers did not last a week and hardly anything that could bloom did. For the spend of 100 dollars I have had much better service.

Calling from Missouri, and trusting a florist to deliver what you expect, is a scary thing, sometimes. But my arrangement from Young & Richards Flowers was more than what I ever imagined it would be! Wonderful customer service, quick delivery, and floral talent, along with fresh flowers, was what I experienced! The care and attention I was given was superior. What a gorgeous bouquet and it pleased the little girl as much as I had hoped. Thank you for taking care of me from states away! I highly recommend this florist!

My mother didn't receive her flowers for her birthday on time. I ordered them in the morning, at 4om I called to see what the update was and was told they were out for delivery. At 5:30PM my mother, who doesn't live in town, still had not received them, and when I called again to ask, I was still told again that they were out for delivery. Didn't realize it took over 6 hours to accomplish and order and delivery. I have been sending my mom flowers on her bday for years..this was the first time using Young & Richards..and I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Called in an order from out of state at around 5:15 pm. They were able to still deliver them to the hospital that day. Daughter sent me a picture and they did a fabulous job! Very pretty and loved the vase they were in. Makes a person feel good when doing an out of state order. Will definitely order from here again.

I spent $116 on greenery, unbloomed flowers, and 2/3 the amount of flowers their website picture showed. It's ok though, it was just an anniversary gift for my wife!? What a Joke!!

Wonderful people that create beautiful bouquets! I spoke with Cindy about needing flowers delivered that same day and was very impressed with their customer service. She was very kind and delivered a beautiful bouquet! I will be using Young & Richards again in the future!

The level of customer service that the OWNER, Cindy, has is sooo pathetic! She will not accept responsibility for anything and speaks in third person when someone has a legitimate complaint, saying the supervisor is not there and saying "the person who took the order" when it was actually herself! No attempt made at correcting a situation, loves to argue with the customer and LIES THRU HER TEETH! This business is the biggest sham ever! Classic bait and switch, then cancelling orders without telling the customer! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Not even one point of the star - but can't post without choosing one!

I purchased an arrangement for Christmas somewhere else and it dried up in a week so I went back to Y & R and purchased another one. I was so happy it lasted 3 weeks and looked fresh! I have purchased silk flower arrangements and pieces to fill in decorating at my home. The quality of there silks is better than the discount look and a much better value. Thanks Y & R.

ordered flowers for mother in laws funeral and they did a amazing job on flowers we picked picked out, the staff at young and richards were very friendly and professional and price was very competitive. Would most definitly use them again for flowers.

I didn't buy flowers. I bought fudge. And it was amazing! We were welcomed but the lady at the counter who immediately offered a free sample. After tasting the delicious home made fudge we bought some. It is very good and homemade by the shop owner. Congrats!!! Yes, it may be a little bit pricey but it tastes really good. They have different type of fudge with peanuts, coco nut, dark chocolate, maple, walnut, almonds, m&ma's, raspberry, cheesecake, ... And pralines too. Advice to the shop owner: get rid of the flowers and make a dessert bar. It was really an amazing experience. Highly recommended!

My dad orders my mom and I flowers every year from here for Valentines day/ Birthdays/ and their Wedding Anniversary. We are always incredibly pleased with the beautiful arrangements we receive. All of my coworkers rave over the beautiful flowers I receive from Y&R. They will always be the floral company I would recommend for the Sioux Falls and surrounding areas.

I had ordered a bouquet for my sister in the hospital. I spent a very long time, tediously picking out the perfect color for her. I ended up picking this beautiful "Country Reveries" bouquet because burgundy is her favorite color. My other sister was visiting her and sent me a picture of the bouquet once it was delivered and it was nothing like what I had ordered. She, herself, told me it did not at all look like what I was told I had ordered. I called Young and Richards and they told me that they just switched out types of flowers, but I was never contacted about it. I wouldn't have stuck with this bouquet if I would've known they couldn't use the flowers that I had specifically picked the bouquet for. After much back and forth, I was reluctantly offered a different bouquet or a refund. I didn't want to have another person go to my sister's hospital room and didn't' want to take advantage of a refund when they had spent the money on flowers, even if it wasn't what I had ordered. Their website promised 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but it did not seem that way once there was a problem brought to their attention.

Excellent Service! I called a handful of floral shops that were all closing within 15-20 minutes and everyone refused to do a same day delivery except Young and Richards Flowers so I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!! 5 Stars!! They are great!

I lived in Sioux Falls for many years and after retiring I moved to Yankton and still call them for flowers. Young & Richards has always done a great job for me whenever I had a need for flowers.
