I got married this past weekend in the Black Hills (I'm from Wyoming) and I contacted Victoria's Garden based on their positive online reviews. I am so glad I did! They were extremely pleasant and our flowers were better than I could have imagined. They held up throughout the day, even in hot weather. I will make it a point to do business with them again. I would highly recommend them for any occasion...oh, and their store is awesome too!

Update: Vicky & Co. really went out of their way to make something special for my grandma. I could barely fit the bouquet into my car. It was such a great gesture. They are without question the best in Rapid City. Don’t think, just use them. The day I had called in they had a last minute, really big project. ——- Found out yesterday that my grandma is sick, not a good kind either. All I wanted to do is show a gesture of kindness by getting something meaningful. I find seasonal flowers might not be the most creative idea, but they will go a long way for her. I'm really frustrated with Victoria's Garden. I tried calling this business to place an order for those flowers-- they didn't answer. I left a message and waited to hear back. After around an hour I tried calling again; this time someone picked up. I spoke with a lady briefly about a bouquet I had in mind (I didn't tell her why I wanted it, but I shouldn't have to): something bright, sunny, & maybe something with fall elements. To be honest I don't know exactly what I wanted, but I wanted someone to talk it out with me and help me choose. Whatever it was it needs to be special. I gave her my budget: $80-$100. To bad for me-- she didn't seem to want to make something custom. In fact it also seemed to frustrate her that I also asked it be done today too (It was 1pm). Her response: "Come check out what we have in the cooler." I mean come on... is this a grocery store? I don't think my request was unreasonable. I feel like it's reasonable that I didn't get a call back (people eat lunch I get it), but if I want something special. Make something special for me. I mean if it's that hard for you, just lie to me-- take something from your silly cooler, add some flowers, and TELL ME it was custom. I went to Flowers by Leroy instead. They both answered right away and made something that was done within the hour. They even added a special message on the card because me doing that would be too hard to do right now. I felt really taken care of, and not like I was going to Safeway.

Full disclosure, I personally know Vicki, the owner, but this is my unbiased review of the services she provides and the ‘Victoria’s Garden’ shop. First, the location. Right in the heart of town, it has character and has an incredibly beautiful and peaceful feeling to it. The chair swing on the south side of the building is our personal favorite. She has her shop made to feel like you are welcome there. Its just a few blocks from the city square—Seriously, the perfect location. Second, the product. Her flowers are extremely high quality and for the cost the product can’t be beat. She stands by her product and will go out of her way to deliver exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend ‘Victoria’s Garden’ for anyone looking for flowers for the special occasions in life. The best shop in South Dakota.

I chose Victoria's Garden for my wedding flowers and I am SO HAPPY I did! They were amazing. I love flowers so I had very high expectations for my wedding day. They exceeded all of them! The flowers were beautiful and made our ceremony, reception, and pictures even more gorgeous. They were very helpful as well. They could not get in the peonies I wanted because of the hurricane, so they used high quality fake ones instead and no one even knew. I would highly recommend working with Victoria's Garden. They are wonderful!

I had a picture but won’t let me post but yes I recommend them. They were able to work with me last minute & around my budget & to even work with an idea my mom had about what the floral arrangement be put in. They made it a very easy task when I thought I would have to drive around flower shop to flower shop to see if anyone would do what my mom requested. Flowers were beautiful & everyone loved how the whole thing came out, even tho it was for a funeral. Still very beautiful.

Absolutely outstanding service. I found myself behind this year on getting flowers ordered for Valentines Day. I called Victoria's Garden this morning (Feb 14, 18) at 8:02 a.m. and talked to a really nice gal who provided amazing customer service. Of course I wanted to make sure the flowers would be delivered to my wife today at her work and she assured me they would be. I forgot to mention that she gets off at 3;30 p.m. but it didn't matter because she had her flowers by 11:15 a.m., that's right she got them before noon. WOW, trust me when I tell you that I have bought a lot of flowers over the years and I used local shops the 1800 flowers deal and everything in between, no one not nobody has provided the absolutely outstanding service Victoria's Garden did today. My wife loves her flowers, the price was very reasonable. I just would really like to thank everyone at Victoria's Garden who had a hand in making me look good especially on such short notice. We are visiting the area and wanted to send flowers to a relative here who's been ill. I spoke to Nancy on the phone and gave her a long list of what I did and didn't want in the arrangement. She helped by telling me what was in the cooler and which blooms were most long-lasting and then wrote it all down on my order, read it back to me, and reassured me they'd do a good job for me. The arrangement is exactly what I had hoped for and very reasonable cost-wise -- tall, colorful, varied, long-lasting blooms (no hydrageas or gerber daisies) no strong scents, $50 (w/o the very reasonable delivery charge). I highly recommend Victoria's Garden! I will attempt to attach a photo.

Best place for your floral needs! Very knowledgeable staff and truly caring. You definitely get what you pay for if not more. Been using them for years and never been disappointed. They even can use glitter spray!!! Our favorite movie theater uses their service and even the dental office. Their work truly shines, like all the workers personalities. You may even find some cute little suprises in there when you stop in.
