Terrible management. We bought a tree that they were supposed to deliver in one to two weeks. After a month of not hearing from them we call. A week after that they let us know our tree had died. When we asked for a refund instead of getting a different tree, the manager got angry. She sent us the refund check, but in it was also a nasty letter.

I ABSOLUTELY LoVe this place!!! The owner is so sweet as well as her staff and very knowledgeable!! I went two days in a row and got some pretty neat things...great assortment of knick knacks!

Unfortunately my order wasn’t delivered for TWO DAYS after it was supposed to be to a National Cemetery for my father’s birthday. They were too busy w/other deliveries stated per an employee & thought a deceased, retired military veteran or his family wouldn’t care/notice I guess. WRONG! Shame on you, disgraceful! I had family members that reside in Rapid City check as they were out there. I didn’t want to burden them w/another arrangement, ordered online a week prior. So just know if you’re having flowers arranged/placed at BH National Cemetery, pick another florist or be prepared to have them delivered late. It shouldn't matter whether a person is deceased or alive / present or out of state order . . . learn to prioritize.

We have used Rockingtree Floralist for several years. They have always provided us with professional service. For the past few years they share pictures of the arrangements they deliver. They are beautiful. Just what we ordered. I highly recommend this florist to take are of your needs.

GREAT gardening store. So sad the head lady(owner) passed away last year. But they have wonderful people working there now. I love the friendliness of everyone who works there. My place to shop for anything floral and more.

GREAT SERVICE! We called around to floral shops in Rapid City for flowers for prom and all of the shops said they were not taking any additional orders. We called Rockingtree and all of the staff were so very helpful, kind and considerate they took our order with joy, had it completed the next day and we are so happy with the outcome. In fact, one of the staff commented that they would continue taking orders and if they had to stay up till midnight to complete the orders that's what they would do!We will be driving to Sturgis for our floral needs from now on - it is worth the trip! For the past 5 years we have used Rockingtree to deliver flowers to the National Cemetery as we live out of state. They have always been very courteous, helpful and delivers a beautiful arrangements of fresh flowers for us. They go above and beyond by sending us a photo of the flowers at our nieces grave site which we are extremely appreciative of since we can not get their in person.

Called at the last minute from California, so with the time difference it was almost 5p. Heather took my order and said she could deliver the flowers today! My life long friend sent me a picture of the bouquet and it was so beautiful. It made his day. Great customer service. Highly recommended! 10 stars **********

I ordered from a website for my mother on mothers day, and had a totally different bouquet delivered. I left a message to have someone call me back after the busy weekend. Needless to say, 5 days later, no call. Will never give them my business again
