Ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift. Opened on Christmas Day to find a hole in the middle of the shirt and all of the quilting or cotton inside was spilling out and snagged. Tried to return or exchange it and they refused, saying I was past the return date. But of course, it was a Christmas gift so we didn't open it immediately. Very disappointed, very poor customer service. Would not recommend! Products are cheap and I have never been able to wear the shirt I paid $32 for. Total waste!

Upset because I ordered items that said were in stock, but found out a week after ordering that two of them were not. I was told once the items got in stock they would ship my order. I asked if I could get the items that WERE in stock but I have to wait until they can send all items together. Update your website!
