Not my first choice for groceries in Watertown. Selection is fine. Staff is generally fine. I've found expired food and moldy produce on more than one occasion. So make sure you check those things. Not the best value in town. Pharmacy is ridiculously slow.

The drive thru pharmacy has terrible customer service. Had to call the pharmacy to see why the line was not moving after a half an hour waiting. There has been many times they have asked me to move when my prescription was not ready so why are they not doing the same for everyone. The point of a drive thru is for fast service. This pharmacy has not had that in many years. The inside is no better with their service. It seems like the staff is not organized or efficient in their work.

Buffet is good. American, chinese and pizza offered with a great salad bar. The staff is wonderful and the service is very good. Best place in town for water & fresh squeezed lemons with your meal served on ice in a glass not plastic. Very comfortable atmosphere with a variety of TV channels to watch during the meal.

It might sound small but living outside of Watertown it's hard to get what you need last minute while in town. I work overnights and HyVee had a Rotisserie Chicken ready for my by 11am so I could make my dad's favorite homemade chicken noodle soup. I went to the other grocery store and was told 2pm. Thank you HyVee for always being so awesome and accommodating!

Favorite grocery store in Watertown. They have great sales and a great fuel saver! Everyone is so helpful and polite, even when they are super busy ( 3 day sale, Wednesday senior citizen day) I have never had a bad experience. Also, their catering is amazing and so is the deli and restaurant! They have delicious bakery donuts and a great buffet! Also, caribou coffee and a floral department. I love everything about Hy-Vee!

The best thing HyVee has going for it is on the outer aisles of the store. The deli blows away the competition with fresh cuts of high Qualityt meats and cheeses at reasonable prices. Then they have a specialty cheese section, as well as a Chinese food/pizza/salad/soup bar. They have added a restaurant style atmosphere, which, to me at least, seems unnecessary. So now we got to tip a waiter for getting our drinks? Should have left well enough alone. Its HyVee, not fine dining. But back to the store. The meat and fish counter is second to none. Fresh Cod, oysters, shrimp, Crab Legs, Lobster Tank, Steaks, appetizers, it's very well stocked and high Quality. Watch for deals, specials, coupons, gas savings, etc there is savings to be had! Also as great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables in the produce section. The rest of the store has pretty much anything else you'd ever need. There is also a health food section and a Pharmacy.

A very popular grocery store with excellent products. I love their Specialty Foods such as gluten-free, diabetic foods and organic foods. There is a full-service Pharmacy and a nice restaurant. I love the Fuel Saver Card so that I can get discounts on my gas after making purchases in the store.

Watertown HyVee is great. They have a great deli and market with many options. The staff are very helpful, and they have pretty good specials. Some items are overpriced, but for the quality it's usually worth it. They do offer great produce and have organic products.

Hy-Vee has stores all over, yet they still create the vibe of a local grocery store. You can get to know the employees, and they know you. On top of that, they have a fantastic selection of foods, premade even. Overall they create a perfect representation of what it is to be a hometown grocer, and it makes you want to go back time and time again. Every visit feels like a break from the corporate mindset that big box stores have forcefully imbued in us. While it might be an illusion, it works very, very well.

Asked for the jalapeño cheddar bacon wontons that were clearly on the board at the store and in the menu. The two ladies looked around like i was speaking a made up language. They looked around very awkwardly for a few minutes before saying they were out when it was clearly they were lost. Maybe Hyvee should maybe drug test their market place workers

Stopped in here primarily because the floral department exceeds expectations and I needed a floral bouquet. We also bought some packable lunch items for a drive and picnic. We were able to get everything in one stop, which is not always the case, and I was impressed with the employees and the store itself. I am pleased to suggest this as a full grocery store for those who have not tried shopping here.

It's a nice store overall (clean, etc.). This particular day I was only able to get 1 of the 4 cereals that were on sale, 3 of the 9 types of Progresso soups, no kale, no skim cottage cheese... about 1/2 to 2/3 of my items were out of stock and " if it isn't on the shelf, we don't have it right now..." If I rated this experience, it would be a 1, and I wouldn't go back. Thankfully, I have been here one other time and it was a better experience. Checkouts were fast, friendly, and my groceries were packed well!
