I ordered an arrangement for my husband's birthday here, in person in April. I requested tulips, but no pink or purple. When I came to pick them up, two thirds of the bouquet was pink and purple. The lady at the desk began to hand the arrangement to me, then remembered my request. She apologized took them to the back and made the arrangement right, which took five to ten minutes. So, even though the bouquet was wrong, the customer service was at least good. The flowers didn't last terribly long, but were pretty.

Prices aren't the lowest in town but the value is there.

We recently had a friend pass away and needed an arrangement delivered but I did not find out about the Memorial service until the day before. We needed the delivery made the next day (Saturday) but due to a snowstorm every florist in town was closed. I submitted an order online and crossed my fingers that Flowers by LeRoy would get it taken care of. They had the flowers delivered in time for the service the next day. My wife loves flowers and as I am always trying to provoke her smile, I buy her flowers form time to time. To be honest I found LeRoy's bouquets gorgeous. Flowers are fresh, arrangements as well but prices are over the top. I will visit again only when the occasion is worth it.

I ordered flowers for a next day delivery for a funeral. I get a call from Flowers by Leroy saying they were busy and the delivery guy missed delivering the flowers on time for the funeral. The florist apologized and offered to deliver at a different location if I chose to. She promised to add to the bouquet to make up for their mistake. After my sister sent me a picture of the bouquet, I felt wronged all over again. Although it is pretty, the bouquet is very small for spending $100 plus "adding"to it trying to make everything right. Looks like a $ 40 bouquet at best. I just want my money back at this point and never do business again.I wish I can attach a picture showing the lack of flowers for the money I spent and for the florist "adding" to it
