First purchase from this company and only purchase. I purchase four perennial plants from them last year (all at one time) and they all died. They refused to replace them and only offered me half credit. I have been a gardener for over 10 years and I have never had plant a plant die that I can remember. I purchased four of these and they all die? This tells me they are selling pour quality products and aren't willing to stand behind their plants. I will not be purchasing from this company again and the manager acted like he could care less that he lost a customer. Terrible customer service, terrible plants.

I was with my daughter & son-in-law on Christmas Eve, shortly after they opened, and came into the store to purchase a poinsettia for that evening--as they were closing at 2:00 for the holiday. As we entered the store--we were happy to see "Everything 20% Off" signage on the door, and through the store. We picked up two varieties of nice plants from the huge assortment (rung up at $75) and I asked, "Don't you want to ring in the 20% discount?" "This discount applies to everything except these poinsettias." We had more than $15 of laughs leaving this place; as if they were going to get ANYTHING for these plants on December 26th or whenever they might reopen. Maybe they had promised all these plants to a church service that night, but I'm thinking they were tipped off that we were from out of town, and wouldn't be returning anyway. Thanks for calling ahead, Sis.

This place is NOT family friendly. Our 15 year old cat passed away and I went in to pick out plants with my son to use for our cats memorial and to have plans made for landscaping at our new house and plants for the office and sunroom. We drove across town, despite having a nursery a little less than a mile from us, because we wanted to support a local business that had been affected by the flooding to help them out. We were treated so poorly it was actually comical that I went out of my way to try to help and they were so rude. They would not sell me the plants. Apparently the ladies thought I would not be capable of taking care of them. They also tried to discipline my son for being excited and wanting to follow and pet the cat that was at the facility. As you can imagine after losing our pet to health issues he was excited to see another cat to love on. They also repeatedly called my son a girl numerous times after me clearly referring to him as my son, he/him, etc. I'm not sure if they were doing it to be snide or if they just wouldn't open their mind and listen to me and just judged him for having long hair which, by the way, is being intentionally grown out long so we can donate it to be turned into a wig for a sick child. Great job making people feel unwelcome and losing customers.

I love the greenhouse. Plenty of affordable starter houseplants, and more mature specimens as well (though they can get a bit spendy for the larger ones). In the spring, lots of goodies to get the garden started :)
