They are always caring and have a wonderful eye for detail.

Called ahead of time to let me know I was getting flowers. Delivered them with a trash bag wrapped completely around them. When I answered the front door the lady simply said “did I go to the wrong door?” Let the flowers speak for themselves- no trash bags covering them upon delivery. Don’t ruin the surprise by calling ahead and announcing them. And perhaps smile and say special delivery or something when the door gets answered.

This is in regards to Julie, I am from South Dakota and in the winter time florist put a Florist bag over their product to protect them from the cold, therefore, ensuring they do not freeze. I live in Florida now and here they call before they deliver and if you are not home they leave a message telling you that you have package at whatever Floral shop is trying to deliver your flowers. You cannot expect them to keep driving to your house to deliver, this is very costly and not very good time management. In the future please give them a break, they are just doing their job and you a favor.

I purchased a plant from the ladies at Belle Flower Design and Decor. The ladies were very helpful and informed me of what plants they had. They put a plastic bag over my plant to protect it from the cold temperatures. I thought they were helpful and friendly.

Very thoughtful service. I really appreciate the call ahead as I am kind of hard to track down. And thanks for going out in this bitter cold & making sure the flowers are not froze when they arrive!!!
