What a joke, i had a order iplaced elsewhere cancelled last min the morning of valentines day...i frantically began calling around to get em replaced...this was the first place i called and after going thru all the info and process they seriously tried to price gouge me with a $190 price for a lily arrangement with "rush fees" ...why not inform of that upfront instead of wasting time....called another local business and paid $65 for the exact same order. I went there to get flowers for prom and i paid 80$. my friend went to publix’s and got both for 30$ and look WAY better. IT IS WAY OVERPRICED

Satisfied with doing business with this establishment. On the 28th of January I ordered 2 sets of arrangements to be delivered January 29th, they were delivered on time and the reaction to both were very positive, in her own words "Thank you for the gorgeous flowers! I love them" when my loved one is in South Carolina & I'm in Texas and you get that reaction, that alone is worth 5 stars. Nonetheless I will subtract 1 star, because the morning of the 29th, around 9:45 am(ET) I called the business since I had a question, and depending on the answer I would have made a request to change one of the flower arrangements , a male voice answered the phone rushing through a set of words that I can only imagine is the standard greeting when answering business calls, didn't catch his name, but I proceeded to greet good morning and identified myself as a costumer that placed an order, to which he replied "uhu" I guess acknowledging that info but didn't even ask order number or anything else, I posed my question, got a short dry answer, and then the call was over, a total of 49 seconds elapsed between him answering the phone and the end of the call. It left me with a bit of an unsettling feeling, and wishing he'd be more costumer service oriented.

278.00 spent on tux and prom flowers! Thought that the customer service and communication was poor at best. Was told when we ordered on March 2, 2018, that it would be best to pick up on Tuesday before prom (3/17/2018) in case alterations were needed. No phone call came to let us know that tux had come in. I called on Tuesday (17th) evening and was told a shipment had come in that day, but that it hadn't been opened yet and that I would get a call. Still no call by Wednesday (18th), so I called back at 4pm only to hear that my son's call must have been missed. Went to pick up tux at 5 on the 18th and the staff was rude and not helpful at all. So blessed that the tux fit otherwise we would have been in a mess. All this to say that better communication and customer service would benefit this business greatly (an apology would have been nice). Instead we were met with a condescending tone and prideful conversation. Was so hoping to find a great place for flowers as well, but this place is clearly a no repeat for me.

my experience is a little different. I went right in and told the gentleman what I wanted in flowers. Unfortunately my mother isn't girlie so its hard to get her a set of flowers that aren't all pink and red. I picked up my flowers and I was impressed. They are absolutely georgous. Actually my mom said they are the best flowers she has ever got.. Lol and I give her flowers every year. It has been a week and the flowers have all bloomed beautifully. Its nice to actually buy flowers that can last more than 4 days. I want to say thank you! Y'all did a marvelous job!

My wife is typically not a flower person, but I decided to place an order with Tim and surprise her. In the past, I had used 1-800-Flowers or ProFlowers and always had a good experience, but this time I wanted to shop locally. Tim knocked it out of the park. With the others, it was a click and pay, but Tim took the time to sit down with me and find out exactly what I wanted. His arrangements reflect his caring and I frankly wouldn't go anywhere else. Cheap isn't quality and quality isn't cheap, but every penny you spend here is truly worth it. I will continue to support this business and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best in the business!!

Yikes! Beware of this place. I spent $70 to have this dead and artificially dyed arrangement sent to my mother for her birthday. NO wonder I received no response when i asked Tim's Touch to send me a picture of the arrangement they delivered! Looks like two multicolor dead roses, a slumped over gerbera daisy and lots of cheap daises. Can't believe they can stay in business with such poor quality and service.. and not a cheap price tag! You will be better off going elsewhere. I only wish I'd read these and their Yelp reviews before I purchased. I've asked for a refund but at this point, have had no response at all.

I called to place an order and the person who answered the phone sounded like the most miserable, uneducated, rudest person I've ever heard on the phone. I was giving him my information and decided I will take my business elsewhere because of how rude he was. I cannot and will not spend any money here because of the POOR customer service. It's to bad because the flowers looked beautiful. **NOTE to owner - Get rid of people who clearly don't want to work and hire people who actually enjoy their job.. He's costing you business i.e. revenue.

Had the pleasure of placing a phone order with Tim himself after one of the online giants let me down. Suffice it to say, Tim's will have all my business from now on out. Tim was incredibly polite and kind, very helpful with determining a selection and went out of his way to get my flowers delivered on the same day when I was in a pinch. I have no doubt that my girlfriend will be beyond happy on this special day. As a former small business owner in Lexington myself, I would strongly encourage everyone to support Tim's because our local businesses need your patronage to continue to compete. Moreover, in any industry you simply won''t get the level of personalized service and attention to detail from large corporations as you will from small businesses, and that is especially true when it comes to Tim. I will start by saying that I do not normally write bad reviews. I have worked in the service industry in some capacity since I started working. I currently work in student housing as a marketing manager and I know how much a bad review can affect a business. I booked Tim for my upcoming wedding. Tim is hard to deal with. He does not care about what you want and is only concerned with what he likes. He made me feel bad about showing him my ideas from Pinterest. I let all of this slide because he was recommended to me by my mother in law as he was a friend of the family. I just canceled on him and hired a new florist for my wedding, 45 days out because of how rude and unaccommodating he is. I was finalizing details with him and going to sign the contract with him and put 50% down yesterday and he hits me with a LARGE "delivery, set-up, and late night pick up fee" that was never discussed until yesterday. This was actually a $850 charge. I asked him if there was a way I could reduce this fee by maybe picking up the vases and bringing them to him early Sunday morning. He said that there was no reducing this fee and he wouldn't allow that because he was scared things would be broken and I could not return them on Sunday as it was "his only day off". I can respect that. I then Said I would need to reduce the flowers in order to accommodate for this fee because with taxes I would be paying a whole $1,000 over my budget. He responded with saying that he could "only accommodate for one more complimentary quote" Mind you he had provided two quotes to me one without the fee and one with the fee. Also, said "quote" was just an email that could easily be adjusted by a backspace. After I told him that I had decided to not use him because of how rude he was to me and how he made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer he sent a very nasty email back. He told me that he spent more time on my wedding than any other wedding he had ever done and had only done so because of who I was marrying. Mind you I had an initial consultation with him in which I wrote him a check for $500 on the spot, my parents and I met with him at the venue because he was at my venue for a wedding he was already doing and wanted us to see his work, and he met with my mother once because I was unable to meet with him because I work M-F 9-6 and he will only meet during the weekdays and the latest appointment he will take is 4:00pm. He told me that I didn't understand the work that went into setting up and the fact that his staff could not enjoy their Saturday night because they would have to come pick up all of the things from my wedding. Well I don't know about anyone else but I think that working on a Saturday night comes with the territory of being a wedding florist. Also, this comment again made me feel like an inconvenience and not a paying customer. I asked that the $500 I already paid him go towards my rehearsal flowers as my in laws had already booked him for that to0 (to which he was charging a $400 delivery, set up, and pick up fee...if you're counting that is $1200 from my wedding just to deliver, set up, and pick up some vases.). He told me that I could not have that money because it was considered a "non-refundable retainer fee". I never signed ANYTHING that said that this money was nonrefundable and was actually told that this $500 would go towards the balance of the flowers. I understand and feel bad that he booked my wedding weekend and turned down business to do mine but he could have kept my business had he not made me feel awful. He closed this rude email by saying that I should sleep on it and get back with him in the morning in a more positive manner. Well my mind had already been made up. After being insulted, made to feel like an inconvenience, and been charged with a fee last minute I would NEVER recommend Tim to anyone. Walk, no run in the other direction.
