Wow! My friend's grandmother passed away yesterday, and I wanted to send her flowers to let her know that some friends and I were thinking about her. I live in Las Vegas, and I am a floral designer here, so I was a little hesitant in calling out an order to a place I have never heard of. Let me tell you, THEY NAILED IT! The arrangement was exactly what I was looking for, and it was full of vibrant colors and fragrant flowers, all for an affordable price point. Also, my friend said that she spoke with Chris, because she wasn't home at the time of delivery, and they were very pleasant to talk to. As a high end floral professional, I recommend this company to anyone looking for flowers in their area. Thank you for killing my skepticism, Ivy Cottage. I am sorry I ever doubted you!

Beautiful job on the "Love and Devotion" arrangement I purchased for my mom's surprise 80th birthday dinner! The roses are in a perfect state of bloom, the vase is beautiful, and having them delivered to my hotel so I could take them to dinner worked out great!

This was my first time using the services of the Ivy Cottage, and I was delighted with the result. I had been concerned that the floral arrangement I ordered would not look as good as depicted in the website photo, but it actually looked much better. I will not hesitate to call them again whenever I need a similar product.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I gave them the exactly day twice to deliver my wife flowers and they still delivered it on the wrong day and only offered to pick them back up and drop the same flowers off again on the right day which is absolutely ridiculous. I wasnt offered any store credit or money off my next order. Find a different florist because if they mess up they wont do anything to make up for it.

I am so impressed with their service. Sweetest folks! I’m well out of state and had flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday. The gentleman called from the apartment complex to confirm that he was at the correct location, because admittedly the place is a tad tricky. He called again a little later to assure me that the flowers had been delivered successfully, and “in the strangest way.” Perfect timing- as soon as he stepped out to go into the complex’s office, he looked over and saw a pickup truck with my mom’s (very unique) name on the plate which of course matched the name of the recipient. My mom happened to be getting out of her truck at that exact moment. They looked at each other and he said with absolute confidence, “I have some flowers for you!” So he and his wife were able to deliver my mom’s birthday gift in a cute, memorable way. The customer service is above and beyond what I expected. Wonderfully sweet people. And I would be remiss if I don’t state that the arrangement is lovely, because my mom had to send me a picture immediately. She is thrilled, which makes me even happier that I chose this business. I cannot say enough positive things. Any future surprises for Mom will be from The Ivy Cottage without question.

Arrangement was pretty and delivered timely. However, additional cost for delivery was not explained upfront when order was placed. A minimum order of $35 is required for delivery was said....implying delivery//taxes were included. Being made aware of additional $7.50 delivery cost would have been common courtesy and a good business practice but this was not a customer's misunderstanding of what was left unsaid. Condescending attitude about it didn't help. #notareturningcustomer

Yesterday afternoon I called the Ivy Cottage and asked if they could make a wrist corsage for my son's prom date. I had ordered one from another florist 2 weeks before, but when I went to pick it up, they had lost the order and did not have the red roses needed to make it. I called the Ivy Cottage and they were very understanding and began making it before I was even off the phone! It was beautiful, better than we could have hoped for! I will now only take my business to them! They are wonderful!

Over the telephone, they were "simply too overwhelmed to even consider an order, for pick-up or delivery". Not exactly what one would expect from a neighborhood florist before even hearing my request. Note: The very next local florist I contacted was more than helpful - THAT florist will now be my go-to florist for my dedicated business.
