We adore The Greenery! Tricia (Trisha? Sorry I don't know which is right!!) has arranged, cared for, and delivered every vase of flowers or plant our business has sent out for years! She goes above and beyond to get what we ask for and to deliver throughout Charleston same-day. She has even called area hospitals to help us find delivery room numbers and is simply fabulous to work with. Thanks for everything, Tricia, we'll be calling you again soon!

I had a family member in the hospital and wanted to have some flowers sent to her. Not only did the people at the Greenery take care of the order they personally delivered the flowers and expressed my concern in such a manner that the recipient was so moved that the next time we spoke she still remembers the gesture and the person that delivered the flowers. Although I have never personally visited the store because of the care and concern along with their customer service I would use no other florist in Charleston.

Unfortunate experience. The flowers were old and droopy, even though I paid extra to ensure that the stand-up funeral spray would be full and have a variety of flowers. I am amazed that they would put their shop's name on these flowers. When questioned about the situation, the owner expressed surprise, though she had VERY FEW flowers in her cooler. $160 arrangement. Unacceptable.
