Called late morning today from out of state directly to Tallys. Birthday flowers to my sister at work delivered before 4:00. Beautiful bouquet with balloon She loved it Thank you Tallys! Highly recommend

Didn’t get what I paid for and when does a florist not have red roses bc my order was suppose to have red roses and whit roses and got 1 white rose and nothing else matched what I thought I was buying..when asked why I didn’t get what I paid for the excuse was that’s all I had to make ur arrangement but it’s same value. Will not recommend anyone to them or use them ever again!!

I called on Monday 02/13/17 around 3pm after the website had difficulties recognizing an Apt number. I immediately noticed tension in her voice. I simply asked her, "Are you not taking any additional orders for tomorrow?" She immediately SNAPPED and said rudely, "No I'm not taking any more orders for tomorrow." I asked if she wanted my money? She said no. I have used this florist multiple times including as recent as August 2016. Never again will I spend money there. I went online immediately after the rudeness and was able to place an order with Mary's Flowers and gifts and they were delivered on Valentines Day before 11am. So Tally's screwed up in a huge way. Big, Big mistake like Pretty Woman Julia Roberts said in the movie.

Want a speedy delivery, don't call these guys. I had my order in early on a Monday morning. No holiday or anything special. I just wanted to send my wife some flowers. I call around 1:30 b/c she had not received them yet. Who ever answers the phone has the worst customer service I've ever heard. She couldn't tell me when they were going to be delivered. She had no clue.It's 6 hours later and she has yet to get her flowers. I should have just gotten some on the way home from work. Thanks for nothing.
