Terrible quality! The flowers arrived almost dead. Also ordered accompanying chocolate, and it “spent the night in someone’s car” prior to delivery. Just so very disappointing. Ordered online from another state. Lesson learned- don’t order from here.

A family member was having a celebration in Isle of Palms and we were so sad we could not attend. I googled florists in the area and found Sweetgrass Flowers. I read the reviews and I thought I would take a chance and place an online order. Plus I loved the name. You know the old adage you can't judge a book by the cover? In this case you can judge a florist by the name! Sweetgrass created a stunning floral arrangement and delivered within the time frame I needed AND they offered free delivery for online orders! Sweetgrass you helped us to feel a little better and helped our family know we loved them and wished we were there!

Placed an order several days in advance for a Valentine bouquet to be delivered to my wife's office on Valentines day. I was out of town on business so it is kind of a big deal that something you pay for be delivered. Well the flowers never arrived but the edible arrangements I ordered through EA did. So no excuse. Called on Valentines day for status on non delivery. I was assured the delivery would occur today the day after. Was refunded the $20 convenience fee for having them delivered on Valentines day after I asked for it. They contract for 1800 flowers and would not even pick up the phone for them during normal business hours. Still no delivery today. Got a refund. Not 1 apology. Poor customer service. I work in sales. Experiences are a big thing, good or bad. My office is in Mt Pleasant. I'll be sure to spread word.

I live in VA and my relatives live in Mt Pleasant. I took a chance at a local florist vs the typical online stores and the results were wonderful! My mother in law loved the flowers and said they were so much prettier than the ones we've gotten before from online distributors. It's free for local deliveries and she got them the next day. I highly recommend whether you're in the area or ordering for someone in the area from afar. Thank you for the great service!

I have used Sweetgrass Florist several times. What I have ordered most are large Calla Lilliys and Birds of Paradise. Neither of which are normally stocked. However, they have usually been able to get them the next day for delivery. On one of my Calla orders, they called me and said that they were not happy with the lillys they received from the wholesaler and I could change the order. I did because if the lillys are not absolutely fresh they don't last long. I appreciated the "heads up."

This was the best local flower company I've found - I sent them the wrong address and the delivery driver called me twice so we could try to narrow down the correct house to deliver to. That was extremely thoughtful of him! Also, the arrangement was just beautiful. I will definitely order from them again!! (I've had horrible luck in the past with flower companies!)

The worst experience I ever had with an on line order. I ordered a $40 Kalanchoe and a very small Begonia was delivered in its place. I would NEVER recommend or do business with this place. I was never contacted and told they needed to substitute. Spend your money somewhere else!

I recently needed flowers and candy delivered to my wife for our anniversary, with same day delivery. I tried another online floral service, but they couldn't deliver what I wanted, that day. If I wanted same day delivery with them, I had to become a plant of the month member, and spend hundreds of $$. Instead, I found Sweetgrass Fowers online and ordered online that morning. The pricing was very fair, and my wife received a wonderful, vibrant, beautiful plant and candy by lunch time that day. Most importantly, she absolutely loved it! Thank you Sweetgrass Flowers!! My parents were on Isle of Palms on a business trip and I wanted to send my mother flowers for Mother's Day this week so that she could have some in her hotel room. I was hesitant to choose the daily deal because I figured they might be bottom of the barrel and not great but decided to go for it since it seemed like such a great deal. The flowers were delivered within a few hours later (at no charge which no other flower shop around had) and my mother sent me a picture. They were beautiful! This was a seamless purchase. Purchased the daily deal on their site with card, delivered within a few hours to the hotel at no charge, and the flower arrangement was really great! Figured they deserved a good review since I didn't see any others on here yet.

Gave my $100 flower bouquet away and charged my credit card without checking the ID of the individual picking up the flowers. Offered to put something together last minute but they had already made the majority of their bouquets and the selection was poor. Ordered two weeks ago. Beware.

Im in FL and wanted to support a local business. I searched quite a bit and was impressed by the ease and display of the website, the awesome and unique arrangements and the quality of what I saw. I placed my order and it was delivered, free of charge, same day (I didnt realize it was so far out, sorry!). My sister was thrilled and when I was able to see the arrangement in person a few days later it was exactly as it was in the picture. Gorgeous and unique! Even my sister (who can be picky) was so impressed with how beautiful it was. She is now a fan and kept the card! Loved it! Will be my go-to for future orders in the area.
