Southern Blossoms is welcoming and punctual, what you see online is what you receive in store! Timely, outstanding service with a great office. I highly recommend Southern Blossoms. I called on morning after finding nice arrangement on their website, it matched my girlfriend's apartment. At the time Southern Blossoms was out of one flower in the set, luckily that specific flower was in season so the owner set out and picked one fresh! It made the arrangement!

The flowers looked nothing like the photo their websiteand the customer service was horrible. When inquiring about the order I was told that the were not going to deliver the flowers due to the holiday weekend but their website allowed me to input and pay for the order. Hours later I received a call to say that they were going to deliver the flowers. Once I confirmed with the restaurant that the flowers were delivered and received a photo, the flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. I called back to inquire about the flowers, the receptionist said she couldn't help and the owners/staff wouldn't be in until Tuesday. I still have not received a follow up call or email.

A couple weeks ago I ordered an arrangement for my wife. I've known about the quality of products and service of Southern Blossom Florist. I communicated with them some of the favorite flowers my wife enjoys and beyond that I allowed them to be creative in creating the arrangement. My order was somewhat last minute and they made sure it would be delivered when I needed it. The staff was very helpful and listened to my request. My experience with Giovy and her staff was a success and I would recommend anybody to use there services.

Amazingly beautiful flower arrangements. I looked at their web site to get some ideas. I liked the vase with lemons and asked her to create some fragrence in the arrangement by adding roses and peonies. It was a big hit for my daughter who just delivered a baby. There is a small upcharge for deliveries so i just picked it up

The bouquet that I ordered and that was delivered was beautiful! One major disappointment was the attached message. I had called immediately after ordering and requested one word to be changed. I was told that it was corrected. The owner also called me once she got in to her shop and she also confirmed it had been corrected. It never was .. it was delivered with the original message. So very disappointed!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED with the arrangement I ordered through Southern Blossom. I chose this florist because they had good reviews and I don't live in NC. I ordered an expensive arrangement and when I saw a picture of what was actually delivered, I thought for sure they mixed up the order. But nope. The woman on the phone was very nice said they had to substitute flowers. And I understand that they can substitute flowers that they don't have. But damn, it looked like a completely different arrangement with different flower colors. Even the vase was different. It was a very cheap-looking arrangement. UGH!!!!

As an old guy with no flower knowledge and a new great-niece with bad timing (born just before Mother's Day), Jovi was an oasis of calm, kind, capable help. Due to her being allergic to flowers, they keep Jovi in a hermetically-sealed closet filled with ringing phones and computer screens--and she still delivered service with humor and humanity. In the midst of Mother's Day madness, she took so much time and had so much patience with a phone customer who doesn't know what he wants or even what the card should say. (example: "It has to look really girly, ya know, pink flowers and stuff") She deserves a medal--or at least a new inhaler--because her suffering was worth my glory. Reports say that the new great-niece's three-year-old brother just kept staring at the arrangement and saying "It soooo bootiful." Jovi and the Arrangers (a great band name!) worked magic and evidently, really care. More important than love, family and celebrating a new life, they have restored my faith in Google reviews.

I’m very happy that I ran into this flower shop. First time ordering from here through phone, I was skeptical because I always like to see the arrangements in person. Especially since the flower arrangement I wanted was special. The florist I talked to on the phone was very helpful. I explained what I wanted, and it came out just the way I expected. The little details that went into it made it perfect and beautiful. It really gave that “wow” effect! I would strongly recommend this flower shop. Not just because of the details they dedicated to my arrangement, but also because they were in time with the delivery. I would definitely order from here in the future! Hi, my name is Allison, my mom and myself were each recipients of an arrangement on Mothers Day (2018) from Southern Blossum. The arrangements were a gift from my son and his GF who live in Austin Texas. My Mom and I both live at the same address in Charlotte. Both the arrangements were supposedly set on our front porch around 10:30-11am on Mothers Day morning. The problem comes when no one called either my Mom or myself to inform of the delivery. In Charlotte, Mothers Day 2018 was around 93 degrees. My Mom and I were home at the supposed time of delivery and each card on the arrangements had our names, address and individual cell phone numbers. Unknowingly my son and GF were waiting for me or my Mom to contact them with a "thank you" (which of course we would have done immediately), so around 9:45pm my son called my Mom (his Nanny) to see if we got the arrangements!? My Mom told him "no" and that we had been home all day. My Mom and I went out to the front porch, there they were, 2 arrangements sitting right at the very front of the open porch the 93 degree sun/weather had TOTALLY destroyed my Mom's, which had a lot of delicate light pinks in it however mine which had more vibrant colors (reds, orange, etc) only was partly damaged. Very disheartening news to tell my son and his GF when I'm sure they had been so excited for my Mom and I to receive them. The next afternoon, my son's GF spoke with someone at Southern Blossom and wanted to know why neither my Mom or myself was called at delivery as they had been told would happen. Whom ever she spoke with at Southern Blossom told her that both my Mom and My cellphones were called and that is 100% untrue! Eula, my son's GF, then asked for a screenshot of the persons phone that called my mom and my cell phones showing the calls had been made, she was told that they would try to get that info but that the delivery person had probably already deleted their call logs, what??? In reality if they were being honest, Southern Blossom would have gotten the original call log from their delivery persons cell phone provider. Eula was told they would get back to her within a couple days, she has had absolutely NO RESPONSE. I guess if you pay that kind of money for what I believe was 2 quality arrangements when they left the facility and your delivery person throws them on the front porch in the scorching sun and then lies about calling you, it's just too bad that your arrangements were destroyed by the time you actually found them at 10pm because your son had to call ME wondering why his Mom hasn't mentioned his gift on Mothers Day!? Pretty SAD in my opinion. So much for the 100% satisfaction guarantee, I guess that is a lie also or possibly just doesn't apply to young adults that live in another state. By The Way, I still have pictures of the flower arrangements and also in the event your delivery person couldn't find where they called both my Mom and myself at the time of delivery...I can still print off both my Moms and my own call logs directly from Verizon PROVING NO ONE EVER CALLED!! So many wonderful reviews from others which is why my son and GF chose your business, why would you treat them any differently than your local customers and not respond back as you said you would? The delivery persons that you hire and don't do their job to your standards still leaves you responsible for their actions which obviously you could care less about. I am being an honest person and feel like you should be as well. My arrangement had darker colored flowers, only the yellow spikey flowers and some tiny daisy looking flowers had to be taken out so no that arrangement was not a total loss, maybe a 25% loss, however look at the pics of my mothers arangement, would you want your family member to receive that?? that's what i thought! it's a sad day when this is the way you run your business when dealing with someone from out of town. PEOPLE.. BEWARE IF PURCHASING FROM OUT OF TOWN! *5 Pic's downloaded in the picture section*

I have been using Southern Blossom Florists services for a few years now and have always been 100% satisfied with their product, customer care and timely delivery. I have sent flowers to my mom and mother in law for their birthdays and on mothers' day, sent flowers to my sister when she had surgery, to my friend when her baby arrived. The arrangements they get look just like the pictures, they get them on the date of delivery agreed and it is all very simple--with a click.

Incredibly stinking with such wonderful fresh cut roses that were perfectly arranged and smelled Divine!" And you can reach a "real" person if you need help or have questions. I love that they sent me a photo of the flower basket that was delivered so I knew what it looked like! Living in Virginia and having never visited Charlotte I was delighted to receive a referral to Southern Blossom Florist. I perused the website finding several arrangements that I liked very much. I called and spoke with Giovy She assured me she could make a very nice arrangement.
