Ordered from six states away...had a problem, THEY called me to inform and try to get clarification with the problem. Great service; my mama loved the flowers.

Liars and thief's !! I ordered flowers and 3 Mylar balloons and 5 pink balloons to be delivered to my niece for her birthday. I did not choose this florist, they are in the network of florist's for "From You Flowers". Was told that it would be "same day delivery"= (this was the first lie) Called to complain that order was not delivered as payed for(even though they had the order sheet right in front of them !!!=(2nd lie) Called back to speak with owner "Shirley" was told she just left to go to church(Its Friday)=(3rd lie) RELUCTANTLY repeated my complaint to yet another worker at her PERSISTENCE. At the end of the call with no remedy I said oh; what is your name ? She said "Shirley"!! I said , I'm really confused, so you lied to me? Her response was, well, I was going to go to church. I said you are nothing more then a liar, AND I told her I was going to file a formal complaint against her. She said, well then I'm not going to take the balloons to Quin by (my niece) and she hung up !!!! Avoid this business at all cost. Read the reviews on the BBB site prior to doing business !!!

The past two times I called they did great!!! I love this place and I stay in lake city and don't even know where it is,lol...that's a good thing tho because my girlfriend's house would look like her shop!

She was very expensive. ... two small white roses were 27.00. I will not be going back.
