Me and my husband's anniversary was the 29 th of July but at our church we attend the couple will bring flowers to place in the sanctuary so on Saturday the 27 the we picked the flowers up went home put them in the refrigerator and I noticed the bowl not vase was small and round which Roseanna admitted it was a mistake and the roses were a little wilted so I notified her and she was very understanding and offered us another set of flowers in a taller vase and they were so much prettier and smelled really good the whole car smelled really nice plus she gave a refund from the first flowers .she didn't have to go out her way and do a refund and replace the flowers but she did ,so I will be a returning customer and I would recommend this place ,you need to be very specific on how and what you want ,it was just a small round tiny vase and flowers were wilted and we were kinda embarrassed at church but she immediately made things right .The owner must of made the second ones IAM sorry it happened that way but she understood clearly and thank you very much they are very pretty.

I asked for an all white arrangement with very fragrent flowers like lillies & freesia for $60. What my mother got for her birthday was a colorful vase of pink carnations, red rose & sunflowers with a pink ribbon. That is the complete opposite of what I asked for. When I called to ask what happened I was informed that thats what they had on hand. They said that if my mom would drive over there to them she could exchange the arrangement. On her birthday! I don't think so! Also, side note, they answer the phone with a "yeah" not a "hello, Roseanne's flowers". So, you have to ask if you are calling the right place. Would never buy from them again.

Not a good buying experience! Contacted them for same day delivery for my mother's birthday. They got all the information, including my credit card and phone number. My mother never received her flowers! I had to call them the next morning, I was then told they got busy with deliveries, the delivery person didn't get back to late, they were going to deliver the flowers that morning. ''They would make the flowers bigger''! They should have contacted me when they couldn't deliver the flowers when they told me they would!! I will never get my buisness again!! Very Bad Customer Service!! I didn't even get an apology!!!

Paid for the flowers for our wedding was suppose to be delivered the day of our wedding no one answered the phone and no one ever showed up almost ruined my wife's big day would rather pick flowers out a field than to ever do business here again!

When planning my wedding, we originally chose Roseann's. They were excited and great to work with. Then, a day before the wedding, my mother and I went to pick up the floral arrangements and bouquets. Nothing was as described. They couldn't manage to order the right flower types or colors. I was crying my eyes out and they wouldn't even agree to reimburse me the profit portion of the payments I had paid. My family had to threaten to sue them before they would right the refund. I was late to my rehearsal due to having to run around everywhere looking for fake flowers (when I love flowers and dreamt of my wedding with beautiful REAL arrangements) I stayed up until 2am the night before my wedding with my groom and bridal party to throw all the bouquets and arrangement together. Paid almost a thousand dollars just to create a disaster. I would not recommend this disgusting family business.
