HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called in my order for Mother's Day on Wednesday they said they would deliver but never did my wife had to go pick up her flowers the day after Mother's Day. It started out very badly when the lady acted like I was bothering her for placing an order. She made many sighs and gods and acted like it was killing her. When my wife called the office the day after Mother's Day the lady used many volger words and was very unpleasant to deal with. I have never heard of anybody being like this and I'm amazed how they are still in business.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers online. Had a confirmation email and thought the flowers would be delivered the day before Mother's Day. Called for delivery confirmation after I didn't receive a delivery notification. Was informed that my order had been canceled even though I wasn't notified by email or phone. When I questioned this I was told that if I did not get a phone call requesting my security code even though I gave it during checkout the order wasn't accepted. ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE on the website or confirmation email does it state this. The phone call ended with me being screamed at, cussed at, and hung up on. I have never dealt with such rudeness and incompetence in my life.
