I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my wife and specifically asked them to not use roses in the arrangement because she doesn't like roses. When my wife got them, over half of the flowers used were roses. At least the delivery was on time.

I went in person and spoke with the owner, Kim, on 2/15/17. I had picked out the casket spray for my Grandmother's funeral, ordered and paid at the store. Kim told me she would coordinate the times with the funeral home. I told her the funeral would be on 2/19/17. At that point, I thought I was good to go. I was so wrong. I show up at the funeral on the 19th and my Grandmother's casket was bare; no flowers!!! So instead of being able to mourn the loss of my Grandmother, I had to spend an hour and a half with the funeral home trying to contact this place. When we finally got in contact with Kim, she said her delivery driver messed up and she would fire him on Monday. She did tell me she would go into the shop that evening and get me a refund, but then said "She wished there was something she could do". Well at this point there was still 45 minutes left before her actual service started, which i told her. There was no offer of someone bringing something else before the services started. Seriously!!! I'm at my Grandmother's funeral, she has no flowers on her casket and the owner of the store gives me an "I'm sorry, I wish there was something I could do". So after our conversation Sunday, she calls me Monday and said she was so upset she couldn't sleep. She said she was refunding me my money (she said she was going to do this the day before) and she was going to make a silk grave side arrangement free of charge. She said she would call us in a couple of days when it was done. It is now March 2nd, and I am still waiting on that phone call. She did refund my money, but seriously, this place turned a horrible time for my family and made it so much worse. Thank you Kim for doing the least amount possible to correct this problem! I don't know how you are still in business. This was not a Birthday or Anniversary that you get more of it was a final goodbye to an incredible woman that deserved so much more.

Amazing people to work with that go OVER the top in customer satisfaction. Have sent and received flowers from them in the past 2 weeks. Flowers I received were even personally chosen based on information someone had given, it was like they KNEW me! Flowers sent to a friend for her mom's birthday, who recently passed, were PERFECT. I asked for her favorites, yellow lilies and yellow roses. SPOT on. Same day service. Beautifully executed. Pricing is right on and the customer service experience - can't ask for better!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary. I ordered once before and even though the flowers were nice they were delivered on the wrong day. Because we're relatively new to the area I decided to give them another chance and here we are waiting for my flowers to be delivered between 09:00 and 12:00. No flowers to be seen and when I called I got nothing but an excuse. I had other plans for today other than waiting for flowers to be delivered. Nice again..

Called around noon they didn’t have want I wanted but they were able to get want I wanted that same day. I was able to pickup the flowers up at 4. I was beyond pleased with the wonderful service.

I ordered all of our wedding flowers from Plantation Florist and everything looked absolutely beautiful!! I ordered a bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaid bouquets, and a ton of baby's breath for centerpieces. I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I walked in, but Kimberly worked with my ideas and my budget to make something gorgeous! I couldn't have been happier with the service and flowers that I received from Plantation Florist!

My name is Heather Sweatman, and I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about this business. There was an issue that was not at all the fault of the business... rather the fault of the 3rd party company that I was sent to online when I searched “Florist in Goose Creek”. However, the card on the flowers that are delivered says this company’s name... meaning this business catches the heat from what the 3rd party company did in error. The owner of this company was very responsive to my situation and went above and beyond to handle my negative experience. She took a problem and turned it into a blessing. I will make sure from now on to call her business directly for flowers, rather than get caught up in the 3rd party online mess. No doubt, this will always be my “go-to” florist in the future!!

It was an awesome experience working with Gene. He went above and beyond to assist and facilitate the selection process and communicate via text with a picture prior to delivering. The flower arrangement was beautiful and delivered in a timely fashion as promised. Would highly recommend them!

I used Plantation Florist for the spray for my mothers funeral. I told them what I was looking for and the spray was exactly that and exceeded my expectations. They coordinated with the funeral home and all I had to do was pay over the phone. Thank you so much for making it an easy process.

This issue appears to be resolved as of today. (March 4, 2008) My wife received a flower arrangement yesterday and a letter and a refund check was mailed to us. I ordered roses for my wife and upon receiving them, they were of poor quality and did not look good at all. After my wife brought them home from where they were delivered I called the florist and talked with the owner and manager Kim. She gave me a story to keep them and they would opened soon. I called her back approimately 2 days later and told her I was not happy and I would have been better to buy them at Costcos' then from ordering online. Kim asked to let her take care of my wife's flowers for Valentines and I agreed. I called her two days before and she took all the information and said they would be delivered today, 2/14/08. Guess what? They have not been delivered and it is 3:45 PM. I called and talked with her, she was to inquire as where the roses were and call me back. I have not heard from her. It is the worst $85-$90 I have ever spent. I will continue to make attempts to contact her for a refund.

The quality and service at Plantation Florist has always been exceptional. I've used them for years now and have never been disappointed. The owner and staff are very friendly and always go out of their way to help. This year was no exception, I wanted to send flowers to my mom for mothers day but had no idea what she would like. As always they delivered the most amazing arrangement of flowers ever to my mom on time as promised. She called me crying with gratitude and of course I had to give all the credit to Plantation Florist!

As a male ordering flowers for your love ones or for others is not an easy task but not only did your website make it very simple, the way that we were treated and the way that I was treated was phenomenal which I don’t think you typically find these days. I ordered a boutenire and the quality was excellent and they had them ready for me in time for prom. The price was a little more than I hoped for but we had special ordered a flower. I was very happy with them a year ago. I hope their quality is still the same. I would do business with them again.

My husband had an arrangement sent to my office for our Anniversary last Friday, when I brought them home and he saw them he said "That is not worth what I paid for them". After he told me they were $75, I told him he definitely got ripped off. They didn't look like they should have been more that $45-$50 if that. The arrangement was very small and it has been almost a week and the white roses that are in the arrangement have not bloomed and are starting to turn brown. I would not recommend this florist to anybody, and after reading the reviews it sound like this company doesn't do anything to fix there mess ups.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's day. Was told they would be delivered first thing in the morning. 10 am. Still weren't delivered. Went up there and they were just then loading the delivery truck. 10 am is not first thing in the morning. Will not be doing business with them ever again

Sent flowers to a memorial service for my grandmother. Did not receive what I ordered nor was the display in full bloom. Shop claims that I got a more expensive flower. But who cares when all you wanted was a nice display in honor of your grandmother. A phone call could have easily remedied the situation and I might have even spent more money since I placed the order at 7:30 am leaving ample amount of time to contact me and change the arrangement to be a more fitting display at a memorial service. Called the shop morning of the service and they offered no suggestions or remedies whatsoever from a customer service standpoint. Poor service from a very unhappy customer

My boyfriend had placed an order with them Monday, for a half doze roses to be delivered to me on my day off which was Wednesday. It was supposed to be a surprise since I’ve been having a rough couple of weeks. Wednesday came and no flowers were delivered. I waited till Thursday evening to call and see what had happened thinking maybe they’re just a day off. Since they’re not close to where I live they were supposed to send it to a flower shop that was close to me that they work with. I was told that the order would be sent when I was on the phone with one of the customer service associates. Friday I waited and when the flowers never arrived again I called the flower shop that was supposed to receive the order only to find out that they had not received any order for me. I called plantations again and was under the impression that the issue was fixed and that the order was sent. I called the shop close to me again and they still had not received any order. I understand everyone has issues with technology at one point or another, but he placed the order Monday. Here it is Saturday and still no flowers. They tried to make it up by upgrading the flowers at no cost, but at this point I just called both places to cancel the order.

It's too bad there isn't a 0 star. I ordered flowers from this company on their website the afternoon of Feb. 13 at 510 pm. For my Daughters birthday, which happens to be Valentine's day too. I wrote this is special because not only Valentine's but Birthday. I called along with 5 of her friends to insure the order was delivered I started at 8 am on Feb 14, at no time did they answer the telephone or is there an email address to have them respond. I even recieved a confirmation the order went thru. This idiot calls me today after my daughter called them this morning. They don't answer the phone on Valentine's Day because someone might want to order. Then he tried to say the order was placed to late then he tried my card was denied. Warning if you don't want your loved one to be disappointed..stay away from this company. Even FTD. DOES BETTER THAN THESE LOCAL RIPOFF. GOING TO BANK TO GET A REFUND.

This company had taken my money, had brevet gotten the arrangement to the residence. And cannot refund the money until after this particular service is over. I do not recommend this florist. This is not the first time I have had confrontation to where they didn't do the right thing! Go else where!
