Absolutely, hands down, the best service in Rock Hill. Walked in and was out the door in 15 minutes with these beautiful flowers. Under new ownership, which I didn't realize until I went there as a last resort. However, this will now be my go to place for any and all flowers. I met both the owner, Sandra, and the manager, Sydney, and I can't begin tell you how nice they both are. Thanks for making my experience with the Plant Peddler so great!

They did not listen to what we wanted. They didn’t set it up when it was delivered either. We paid almost $400 for a big set of flowers for my Grandmother’s memorial. The flowers that were delivered was not $400 worth. Not happy. Wish we could get our money back. Do not buy your flowers from here, you will be disappointed.

I would not recommend this Florist, I believe they intentionally use OLD flowers! My son ordered me flowers for Mothers Day last year that were dying within two days, we called they came out and replaced them so we were fine. However my husband just used them again for Valentines Day and again within two days the roses were folding over, dropping petals and dying. This was a $90 bouquet. My husband called to complained and he was told they may not have the same flowers, what they brought out to replace my bouquet was a smaller shorter vase and the flowers were tiny roses. It wasn't even close to what my husband paid for.

My boyfriend spent $150 on flowers for Valentine's Day. What was delivered was a hodge-podge bouquet with none of the right flowers (and no equivalent). It was ridiculous. I called the shop owner and she said we had to wait until Monday to get replacement flowers. What was delivered on Monday was still nothing like the picture or worth the money. The worst part is that we never got an apology from anyone. Way to ruin our first Valentine's Day together.

The Plant Peddler in Rock Hill is hands down the best florist in the Carolinas. I was referred to them by a friend and fell in love with Sydney on the phone as she instantly read my mind for my daughter's wedding flowers. I went ahead and ordered a table arrangement for the Shower and picked it up at the same time I came in for the consult. PERFECTION!! They are so warm and friendly and cost conscious, which is rare when planning a wedding!! We have been driving from NC for about 45 minutes just to come to them. The Bridal shoot bouquet, again, was beyond beautiful! The wedding is this Saturday and I cannot WAIT to see all of it!! Thank you! We will be back and will be spreading the word of how phenomenal you are!

Amazing customer service! Was in a bind recently needing flowers for my daughters 1st birthday party and Sydney went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I'm sure to her it was a simple order, but it completely turned my day around once we walked in. We called the store about an hour before closing and when we arrived, Sydney had already brought out all of our options and laid them out on the counter. I will definitely return in the future, and have already recommended the place to two people!

Ordered flowers today from the Plant Peddler online shopping cart for my wife anniversary. After delivery of the flowers, I noticed they were not the flowers I had ordered. I contacted Plant Peddler and they acknowledge that they had made a mistake. The next day they brought my wife the correct flowers to her work and let her keep the other flowers. This company stands behind customer service. I will not only recommend them but use them again in the future.

After reading the good reviews for the Plant Peddler Flower Shoppe, I ordered the deluxe version of the "Full of Love" bouquet to be sent to my Mom for Mother's Day. What they sent looked terrible! It did not have near the number of flowers it was supposed to have... it had 3 tulips, 3 roses, and 3 carnations with a lot of greenery, and not much of any small flower filler. It also looked like it was thrown together by an amateur. I ordered and had it sent on Thursday before Mother's Day so there would still be a good selection of flowers available. They said the arrangement they delivered must have tipped over in the truck. If that's the case, it should have been taken back to the shop to be fixed before delivery, and that still doesn't explain the lack of flowers. I contacted them, and they were very nice on the phone, and graciously agreed to send out a replacement bouquet (after Mother's Day) that was much better quality. Still not exactly what I ordered, but I understand that sometimes they have to substitute. I do appreciate their effort to make this right, but I was very disappointed that my Mom didn't receive a beautiful bouquet for Mother's Day as planned.

I placed an online order Sunday, August 24, 2014 for next day delivery. I used this company solely based on the positive reviews. I honestly don't know why this company got such great reviews, because that's not the experience I had at all. My mother just got out of the hospital and is bed ridden. I wanted to send her flowers to cheer her up. Most flower shops will email you a confirmation of delivery. Around 5:00 yesterday I decided to call since I had not received a delivery confirmation. I spoke to Madeline, the store owner. She told me they do not email delivery confirmations. I asked her if the delivery had been made. I gave her the order # but apparently they can't look it up that way. So I gave my name, my mothers name, my mothers address, my phone and then she was finally able to look it up. She siad the driver attempted delivery but no one was home. I told her he must be mistaken. My mother has a full time care giver there and someone was home, She continued to argue with me, and all but called me a liar. I insisted that there was someone home and finally told her to just cancel the order. She said and I quote " We'll attempt another delivery today, would that make you happy?" I was taken a back by her rudeness and asked if she thought that was a proper way to speak to a customer? She put me on hold and then came back and said that the driver had gone to the wrong address and they would deliver the flowers that night.My mother did receive the flowers last night but bottom line is, I can spend $70.00 for an arrangement at any flower shop and not have to put up with outright rudeness and disregard.

Very disappointed, we spent over $50 for a corsage that was suppose to be different and unique. It was also suppose to contain a succulent. Instead of receiving what we paid for we received an everyday run of the mill corsage. We told them it wasn't what we paid for so the stuck a 3 leaf succulent off to the side. Again very disappointed and felt it was over priced for what we received.
