Fantastic!!! I contacted them after a horrible experience with an online delivery service (From You Flowers). The service had contracted with a florist WAY out of the way, who showed up VERY late with an arrangement that... if I squinted, maybe it almost resembled what I ordered. It was full of half-dead flowers (which are now fully dead), it had a drastically different colour palette than the picture, and just looked cheap and dingy. Petals & Co answered all my questions about their service and delivery - I was understandably hesitant to possibly make the same mistake twice. They assured me that they maintain the colour palette, and won't subtract or substitute flowers or hardware without consulting the client - a good policy, to my mind. The flowers showed up this morning - on time - and they are GORGEOUS! Night-and-day compared with the other service, it could not be a more different experience. The wife is super happy with the flowers, and says they smell amazing too! Would recommend, and I will definitely be coming back or recommending to anyone else who needs flowers or flower delivery. THANK YOU!!!

ordered flowers for a friend at a hair salon.i did it through 1 800 flowers and there was a small issue.this company made it right and she was so happy with her christmas arrangment and ornanament.petals and company makes sure its customers are happy.the flowers were fresh and should last awhile.A++++++++++++++++ in my book.

Fantastic! Ordered a bouquet for my sisters birthday and mistakenly realized she wouldn’t be there the day they were supposed to be delivered. I called and they had it delivered the same day I ordered so she would receive them. She said they smelled amazing too

Great florist with the highest quality flowers you’ll find in the Upstate. Avoid ordering through wire services (FTD, Bloomlink, ProFlowers, etc) and order DIRECTLY with them so you get something unique! They will do whatever they can to make any problems you may encounter right.

I received a dozen pink roses on Friday and I can honestly say they are the most beautiful roses I have ever seen. I have received many arrangements over the years and none of them can compare to this one. The blooms are enormous and the fragrance is fantastic. I am recommending Petals and Co. to my daughter for her wedding!

Beautiful bouquet but false advertising all the way the pictures were dramatized apparently told by the customer service representative who was very rude that the flowers were pushed forward for the picture what the hell does that even mean either way any flower shop can make a pretty bouquet don't false advertise. Sizes are not like pictures

My husband ordered flowers through a third party and they sent the order to Petals and Company. While the flowers were beautiful, the customer service from the owner was beyond awful. She was snarky and rude, and even after I apologized for my frustration coming off as being rude, the owner just told me that I was a rude customer and that she could not help with my request of a window of time that my flowers would be delivered. There are many other options in the area, I would steer clear of this florist. Edit to add: I have a ring video camera. They only attempted to deliver once. I also cannot express enough how I was yelled at - even if you are faced with an upset customer, try not to yell back. They do not go above and beyond in anything except being inconsiderate

Gave them little to no notice, not to mention it was the week of Mother's Day. Picked out what I liked online, it was delivered to the recipient within 3 hours. Have had issues with florists in the past, these guys will be my new go to. Great experience!

These guys are awesome!!! Just recently I was getting married and as I was out running a few last minute errands I wanted to do something a little more for my future bride. I had decided to get her a small gift and some flowers to put in her room as she was preparing for this special event. I saw these guys as I was driving down woodruff so I ran in quickly told them what I was doing and I needed their professional expertise to put together a flower arrangement quickly. WOW was I impressed! They put together a bouquet that she loved, they really treated me good, gave me a great price. They will have all of my future business, thanks for making my special day better!

Can't really say much about the quality of their work. Ate lunch nearby and thought I would swing in and pick up something for my desk. The lady behind the counter and a man, he might have worked there I don't know, were yelling at each other. They didn't stop when I came in, just continued to fight so I left because the right seemed to be escalating. Oh well.

I called a few months ago looking for someone new to do silk arrangements for my grandpa, dad and aunts gravestones. They made the best arrangements I have purchased to date for the graves. Last week I went in to order a casket spray, flowers from my family and a special piece to go in the casket from the great grandchildren for my grandmothers funeral. Everything was perfect. The casket spray was more beautiful then I imagined it being. I've ordered flowers to go in the casket from grandchildren/great grandchildren before from other florist but these were the best yet and they even made arrangements to have them placed in the casket just the way I wanted them. Each time I have been in the shop everyone in this family ran business is so nice. I purchase a lot of flowers between family and work and I will use Petals for all my floral needs. Hopefully soon they wont all be for sad occasions.

I order flowers for a sick co-worker; I looked at several FTD arrangements. When I visited the co-worker (the same day it was delivered) and saw the flowers, I was very disappointed. The Lilly's had not bloomed with the exception of one, and the roses did not look like the arrangement we picked, the asters may have been missing. I picked the better arrangement and though it would have more flowers, the vase was not full and it was a small vase opening. Manager told me if the flowers were open that means they were not fresh. I requested a refund and was told they did not give refunds and that they would replace them with chocolates. Well my friend is in the hospital stomach problems, chocolates not high on her list. Will never use again. I would not give them one star.

THIS IS THE WORST FLORIST EVER!!!. for my 10 year anniversary i placed an order from their catalog for 2 dozen red rose (My wife Favorite) and it comes in a twisted red vase and a heart pendant SO THE AD SAID!!!. the next morning, the day of delivery i received a call from them saying that they are out of the red colored twisted vase. so i said send another one. then i got a second call saying that they are out of the heart pendant, at this point i was furious because i could not go anywhere else. the lady said she'll send another necklace with a pair of earrings and i said fine. when my wife send me a picture of what she received i was in shock. she received a vase with lilies and a rusty pair of earrings, my wife doesn't even like lilies. SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE!!!

Ordered flowers over the phone. Very easy to work with. Emailed me order form and receipt immediately after I got off the phone. Flowers arrived the next day by noon. They looked great from the photo I received.

Great flowers don't have to cost a ton and can mean so much when you send them to the right person at the right time. Paula and her staff are amazing people and incredible at what they do. Give them a call or order online. You'll be happy that you did.

This is a wonderful florist. They made a gorgeous corsage for my son's school dance. It was so beautiful! We've used other florists, who dont even compare! They placed it In a gorgeous box, a beautiful presentation. Will never again go anywhere else!

A little late on this review but Petals & Company was a pleasure to work with! She generously met with my mom, now husband, and myself several times to go over our wedding flowers. We had a very large wedding party and she worked exceptionally with our budget to make sure we had beautiful arrangements. They delivered them the day of the wedding on time and without a flaw! Will definitely be using them for any other floral needs! Paula was wonderful and met with us after hours several nights to ensure we had the perfect flowers on our big day! Thank you so much for everything! It was a perfect experience! We actually kept them for almost two weeks after the wedding and they looked beautiful!!
